   This is really frustrating. There’s no contact number listed on your website, so if I need to give special instructions, how am I supposed to do that? The Uber Eats app doesn’t even have a proper note section to leave delivery instructions. It’s very inconvenient and makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult.

   I'm usually a fan of Tank Juice for a quick smoothie fix, but my latest visit to their Silverdale Mall location was marred by an unfortunate incident. While waiting for my order and taking photos for my review—something I understand to be permitted in public spaces—I was abruptly confronted by an employee. I was informed that photography without permission was not allowed, a claim that took me aback. Despite my polite attempt to seek permission, the response was discourteous and unaccommodating. The situation escalated when the employee gestured towards a security guard, implying a threat to my rightful presence in the mall. The guard, who seemed to be in agreement with the employee, was equally impolite. I've since reached out via email to both Tank and Red Badge Security to express my concerns. It's disheartening to encounter such unwelcoming behavior in a place I've enjoyed before. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement better training to prevent such episodes in the future.

   A year ago I wrote a scathing 1 star review about this place. And they finally listened. The grumpy, self absorbed staff have gone and been replaced by lovely smiling faces. Usi served us yesterday and was friendly, efficient and a delight. Great to be back.

   Have been a regular customer here since they opened in Silverdale, but I will no longer be giving them my business. Why? Because they aren't even open to make a salad! The endless excuses of being short staffed have worn thin with the regular customers. The online ordering function has been out of order for months, same as Whangaparaoa. Seems like a new franchisee is needed.

   We went to this place yesterday and we waited 45 minutes for a juice. What let down the place was the staff, they were making the wrong juices a few times. We had to approach the trainee at the counter to place our order, she was standing there watching how the other 2 ladies work, but she was not greeting or saying anything. I ordered a large juice paid $9, they were wanting to gave Medium size juice. Waited few more minutes to get my order. I love the juice but it's not worth it to wait 45 mins for it. Other customers waited a significant amount of time for their orders too.
