The worst service I have ever encountered. My parcel from Kmart has being sitting at the depot since 22nd of December. I have made 5 calls to customer service and also emailed. It is now 30th of December and I still am no further ahead as to where my parcel is, supposed to be xmas gifts for grandchildren. Customer service team don't know when I will receive my parcel. Is this company a scam. Is there a depot. What do the workers do for this company. It seems they do nothing. Kmart need to change their courier company ASAP. Disgusting service from Team Global Express. And DONT BITHER REPLYING TO THIS COMMENT. I HAVE READ COMMENTS AND COMPANY RESPONSES AND YOUR REPLYS ARE AUTOMATED. Bad company service

I hate to give a negative review but I believe companies can learn from mistakes and make good changes. I ordered some clothes from Cotton On and I was given a tracking number, I was informed that my package was going to be delivered but only to find the next day they were unable to deliver it for unforeseen reasons, I called the number given to me and all though they made sure it was delivered the next day the phone call felt unprofessional, I could hear all the stuff laughing and talking in the background which made it hard to hear the lady on the phone. Last of all, my order was forcefully shoved into my mailbox causing the bag to rip and was a struggle to get out of my mailbox, I also asked for the package to be delivered to my front door not the mail box. I’m thankful I only got clothes and nothing was damaged but this is unacceptable and my package was not handled with care.

Driver chucked our package against the house damaging our plates, another time delivered to the wrong house down the street…even though they’ve delivered to my address plenty of times before. If you’re a business looking for delivery services save yourself and choose another company. Either these workers aren’t getting paid enough why they do there job so half pie or I just got unlucky, but looks like these other reviews say it’s not just me…

Outstanding service from start to finish! Everyone I dealt with was just fantastic — the customer service team was super helpful, the delivery driver was kind and professional, and the Auckland manager went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted. It honestly felt like they all cared, which makes such a big difference. Really grateful for the effort they put in — can’t recommend them enough!

Ordered from Kmart and disappointed they used Team Global Express as the delivery company. Expected delivery date came and went, date pushed out another 2 days, still a no show. Pushed out another day…no delivery. After a week of being with the courier got an email saying it had been delivered and signed for a day earlier. Yet only got the notification of delivery over a day later?! Seems too many reviews have had similar experiences. Starting to wonder if this company is a sham. Very disappointing Kmart are opting to use such a terrible courier company.

Very disappointed and quite frankly angry, had my parcels get delivered yesterday (7 of them,very tall large parcels),driver brings up two of them and puts them right infront of the screen door,trapping me inside so before he walks away i say "youve trapped me inside" and he says "ok" then walks away, comes back with anouther two so i said "well can you move these two so i can open my door,im pregnant" he then let out a big sigh and was like "ugh fine" and proceeds to move the boxs,he only moves them the tinyest bit then goes "is that good enough for you". So i replied "if i can get out then yes but i dont think i can" said very nicely and with a bit of a laugh but still truthfull,and before ive even finished my sentence he walks away leaving me and my heavily pregnant belly to squeeze through a tiny gap, got scratched on my way out.i then found out after that he FORGED my signature, even though i was right there and could have signed myself,i will be taking this higher.

Worst delivery service I've experienced ever. My order was out for delivery on 08/11 however, the delivery man ran out of time and reallocated my order elsewhere. Three days later still no sign for my parcel out for delivery. If the delivery man fails to deliver my parcel as he ran out of time wouldn't my parcel be a priority the next day instead of reallocation? I've contacted customer service multiple times yet no progress. Once a rude customer service lady also hung up on me instead of listening to my situation. Customer service is really horrible. They need to sort this out. Even if we try to call them we're on hold for more than 2 hours. They really need to sort out their service. I'm getting no answers from this company in regards to my parcel. If they can't do the job at least allow me to pick it up. Who is responsible if they lose my parcel? Are you going to pay for the amount of money I spent online? Good luck getting any reply from this company. Pathetic service don't recommend ever !

I patiently waited for your 7-day delay in delivering my parcel. I check the status today and it says “delivery attempted” but no one gave me a call and no one left a card?! No one thought to check that there are two units in the address and probably knocked on the wrong door. Now I have to wait again and will probably miss the delivery again because of people doing the same thing. We’re on lockdown for goodness sake. We can’t come to the depot to pick up our parcels and some of us are working from home and won’t have time to wait by the door for a delayed delivery!

I've been told that my parcel was attempted delivery and a slip was left for me, the time they said delivered was attempted, I was at home and no slip was left for me so I have no way of finding my parcel. Called the company and was left on hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on. If you want to never see your parcel or you enjoy incredibly terrible customer service, I recommend toll, otherwise steer well clear of this business.

Been dealing with toll for years and they just don't care about anything. Use another company if you can Customer service and the drivers are just rude and have no care for the products. The pics says everything how they operate. Needed to get in throught the driveway and there was the truck parked right infront of it. Yellow lines everywhere. The drivers didn't care one bit so I just had to wait. Took some photos meanwhile :)
