Absolutely awful. Wasted two of my days in a row, made me waiting whole day for delivery without specifying when it will be delivered(between 8am-4:30pm) and it was not delivered. Support line had wait time of 25+ minutes. Customer service reps were nice. Big love to them. Shockingly bad company.

The gate closed,so the driver doesn't leave the package even though there was no signature required. He doesn't leave a card to call either. So, calling PBT, searching with my name gives nothing. The Sender finally lets me know the tracking number. When tracking on their website it says it has been handed over to NZ Post, another two days. ????????? WT...? No wonder their rating is so persistently low...

Was immediately worried after finding out the company I purchased from used PBT for their deliveries. We tried using them at a place I worked at years ago and they were a nightmare. Called CS today after my item was showing as sitting in a driver's vehicle a day and a half undelivered and was told she would make sure it was delivered this afternoon prior to the weekend. Called again late afternoon before leaving the office and the unhelpful girl on the phone told me it's been put back in their depot. Based on every other review I've seen, who knows if I'll even receive it.

PBTβ¦Why do your delivery drivers do this? My package was meant to be signed for by a human, not a front door. If my expensive package went missing (as my front door is completely open to the street) it would be because your drivers leave expensive packages outside front doors and write stupid things like βsigned by: front doorβ in the delivery details.

Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. It was then stolen by the tenant of that address. PBT do not care, not their problem apparently. No point in using their chat bot on their website, or emailing them, or calling them. It gets you no where.

I have called, several times if someone is giving them 5 star that's a joke, must be family member or in-house giving it. I would hate to recommend anyone to use their service or the companies using them. Retails need to put customers first, making sure their product is getting delivered to the buyers. Retailers need to give absolute great service meaning who they use to deliver their goods, not cheap service.

the worst courier provider in New Zealand. No one replies to emails and the phones never have anyone tending to them. They "ran out of time" to drop off a parcel of mine a week ago and have since not attempted it once, or advised what I need to do. Absolute scam artists, please never use this sham company if you can help it

Despite so many negative reviews, I had a good experience. My product was shipped on 30th and reached Auckland on the 31st of Dec. It was a piece of luggage I needed for my travel over the week. The service was closed for new years but they responded to my email the first thing on the 5th (8am!) where I was able to explain my situation and urgency. The parcel was delivered by 12:30 pm the same day. I had a good experience.
