   I had a very disappointing experience at the NZ Post Shop on Lincoln Road, Auckland. The person at the counter did not smile or make any effort to be welcoming. When I went in to renew the registration for my car, I was told that the registration name was different from mine, as I am a co-owner. Instead of explaining this politely, the staff member asked, in an impolite manner, “Whose car is this?” The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and there was a lack of clear and respectful communication. I expect better customer service from NZ Post, particularly for a straightforward request like renewing a vehicle registration. This experience did not meet basic customer service standards.

   I had a horrible experience here! The manager yelled at me in front of my one year old child. They are so unprofessional and liars. I asked for the postage price for the box to compare it between the bag prices and she told me 4.50 when I got to the counter she added another $12 on top! If she had told me prior I would of got the bag. Instead of admitting her wrong she charged me total $30 for postage for two small boxes

   The lady's at counter looks like the owner of the post office . Never go there again . Go to the westgate you will find nice people.

   The staff were polite, and the service was fine, but they don’t accept large boxes, which was frustrating. There was no clear sign about size restrictions, so I only found out after waiting in line. Now, I have to wait until Monday for a courier pickup, which is an inconvenience. Would be great if they offered more options for larger parcels.

   NZpost Lincoln Road - The old Indian lady with an angry face is very rude. I greeted her nicely with “good morning” and no response. I just ignored it. It seems like she is not happy with her job. She talked to me with an angry voice how I misused the form. How would I know? How come I cannot use 3 rows if your form has 3 rows in it? How come you make it a big deal if I use “New Zealand” instead of “NZ.” The way you talk to customer is very rude. I just gave her a response the way she talk to me. I check Google Map reviews and it seems like this has been going on quite a while now and lots of customer complaints. You should fix this and take actions. People should avoid this place. To be fair with you, the young Indian lady is nice. Only the old angry woman is the one I am complaining about.

   VERY RUDE Front Counter Staff! I will not be visiting the NZ Post Lincoln Road Store ever again! The women working at front counter is SO RUDE. Yelled “NO TOUCHY!” at my 4-year-old today when he had just started to nicely look at the cards beside the counter - that gave my kid a sudden fright! There’s no sign there that says “NO TOUCHY” - Can you explain why my kid is not allowed to touch the cards?? He has no basic rights? Your store should train the staff on “NO YELLING AT THE KIDS!” When I said that I wanted to send something overseas, the woman gave me a form told me to fill and come back to the counter and nothing else. Because in my country it’s another language I had written my home language beside the English I had written on the post form. When I took the queue again and finally reached the Counter, the woman yelled at me again “No foreign language!” When I questioned why she didn’t tell me at the start? She told that it’s a rule written on the small prints on the form. Let me ask you, do you read all the small prints on the forms and documents that you fill and sign? If it’s such a big rule that you would yell at your customer for doing it wrong, why would you not have told the customer at the beginning?? So I had to re-do the form again and queue the third time to get it done, all the while with my frighten kid from your yelling! To the owner of the store - Have you read all your google reviews which are majority 1 star? Have you even bother to train your staff to do proper customer service? They can at least get some training on how to talk to your customers nicely and respectfully. At the moment they talk like they hate their job. Don’t bother doing a standard copy-and-paste template reply to this review. It’s a waste of time and space.

   Not happy with the oldest lady that works here. All are rude, but there is one that is very rude. She doesn't even lift her head up when other staff members are addressing her on behalf of customer. It seems like she is the boss and the others can't move without her saying boo! I honestly dread going to this store and only go if I am in a hurry, otherwise I drive to another Post Shop. Another issue I have is often when there is a big queue they will shut one till and the third staff member will do imaginary work while customers wait in line for their slow and unfriendly service. The staff here need to understand that their customers are their bread and butter so show some RESPECT to them. This is not India or Pakistan where customer service doesn't matter - it matters!

   Not too pleased with last visit. Had I known I could have applied for the new car ownership online I would have saved money as I had misplaced my DL the day I went in to summit the forms. I did have a copy of my DL on my phone as a back up and the staff memeber that I have been a customer of for years refused to use the photo. I put my new car under hubbys name as the lady, whom I been a customer with on many occasions did not inform me that I could have applied online with my own name with the license details. I just finished applying online and paid the fee again. I didnt need my physical drivers license paying online, just the details. I have also found my license : )

   Very bad customer service, Very rude women that work there. The prices are always hiked up [used to go to Henderson mall post shop and get cheaper price but now they are closed.] Nearly $30 to send a small parcel worth $10. And today they are all absent so the shop is closed. No back up staff???????. Should fire them all and get new staff, ask any local we all say the same thing. UPDATE . made a complaint !. nothing happened!. post look after post!. had proof you ripped us off - other shops were almost half your price. So now like everyone else we go further to Henderson shops or Ranui post shops to get GOOD! service , better prices, and much better friendlier customer service. Not nasty or argumentative and rude like your shop. I have seen you be so rude to old people from across the road at the village, my mother is there .I have made sure she never goes to you!!!!! Good luck in the future "not!" . Hope you go under, you don't deserve to be in business with your attitude. "no star is my rating:
