Disappointed experience with delivery. Was home the whole day but reported to be unreachable and no one answered when they ring the doorbell. Putting that aside, if I did miss the bell, why there wasn’t one single call or even a text left from the courier? Doesn’t make any sense. Had to pick up myself from the station as I won’t be home the next day for receiving the parcel. Very helpful customer support tho and kindly informed the time for pick up. This one star is for them. Got no choice since the courier was default but def needs improvement for communication from the delivery end.

Deserves no stars (but Google accepts no less than one). FedEx owes us nearly $10k in error charges that they have provided credit notes for (clearly accept liability for their errors). It is now over a year and they will not honor their own credit notes (errors). Cannot talk to anyone on a phone and emails are ignored. Don't provide statements with running totals so they can hide behind their errors in charges. A quote is not a quote to FedEx....Even had the audacity to put us on stop service for not paying WHEN THEY OWE US $9500! Unbelievable! DO BETTER FEDEX!

At first, my experience with FedEx was very frustrating. My package was stuck in transit for days, sitting at different facilities without clear updates. The tracking system made it stressful, and I had little confidence it would arrive on time. When I called for help, I was told I might have to wait until after the weekend, which was really disappointing. However, after speaking with the FedEx NZ team, things turned around. The representative I spoke to was helpful, understanding, and went the extra mile to see if an earlier pickup was possible. Thanks to their effort, I was able to collect my package today instead of waiting until Monday. While the overall process was stressful and had its issues, I’m very thankful for the local team in NZ who showed great customer service and helped bring a positive end to the experience.

Would give it 0 if I could. Expected it on Monday. Got to watch them drive up and down my driveway without stopping then send me an email an hour later saying I wasn’t home so they couldn’t drop it off. Next day, email at 11am saying I wasn’t there but I didn’t see the van this time. Today, waited all day. Called to ask where it was said it was in the van in my area, would be there by 6pm. Still nothing. Mind you, I requested it be left at the door because it doesn’t need a signature so I don’t actually have to be there to collect it. Just wasted 3 days because they don’t want to give me my delivery apparently.

Absolutely garbage service. Despite living 5 minutes from Tauranga Crossing shopping center, I apparently live rural and their drivers are unable to collect from my address. So I have to bring to them. Ridiculous and a huge waste of time and money.

These guys are from hell, the critically dumb people I ever contacted with. I had two deliveries with them and both experiences are just unbelievably bad. And if you happen to have delivery estimated over $1000, poor you - they'll eat your brains out demanding client code without being able to articulate what that thing is about. Anti-helping with forms fill up even though they could easily prefill.

This courier company is wasting their customer’s time and money! Even if the parcel was a priority they would never deliver on the estimated delivery date. Dreading to use this company. Passes blame to NZ couriers which I believe is equally as incompetent. Customer service is very bad. They have been having the same complaints for years and they are not willing to change their system. Just look at the reviews here many customers would chose to give no stars but obliged so a review can be made. Operations manager does not even know what is happening to a parcel once it lands in east tamaki. A loophole exists and yet they can’t bother to fix it. Your parcel is not accounted for as there is no scan once it lands in east tamaki and just blames its 3rd party - NZ courier why it hasn’t been delivered but actually was lost in their system somewhere. Trying to get an ombudsman/council or any government body to sort this out as this can’t continue!

I really can’t believe how these guys are so unprofessional- excuse after excuse after excuse! Given a tracking number and you guys actually believe I wouldn’t use it? “ we tried to deliver your parcel” - I was in all day- checked tracker, had not even left east tamaki depot, not even in transit- been there in their depot for 10 days- unable to pick up or reschedule as they are total pathetic at their job- so they are sending it back to the sender- 4 phone calls time and a offer of me collecting- “have to speak to my supervisor” Try another service as these are absolute rubbish.
