   Not a good experience with Dalia. She was rude and pushy, I came to send something overseas and asked basic simple questions and she seemed annoyed that I didn't know everything ahead of times. Very unpleasant. I will not come back.

   I have had many bad experiences with the Asian service lady at the NZ Post in Paper Plus Highbury. Whilst all other staff are lovely and helpful, she always has a big attitude and is rude. Today I asked her whether I should use a shipping bag or a box to ship an item, as I have only ever shipped clothing and was shipping something else, and she responded with "Well obviously" and turned away from me. Another time I gave her an item to ship with a preprinted label and she refused to take my package as she could not read the shipping number and it apparently would not enter into her system. I entered the shipping number into the NZ post tracking multiple times and it worked every time, and I read out the shipping label to her multiple times as I could clearly read it. She tried making me purchase a new bag. I had to take it to the Glenfield NZ post instead and they took it straight away without any complaints. Lastly, the shipping system has recently just changed, in that you go and select your own bags and pay after filling out the shipping details, rather than paying prior and asking the staff for which bag you want. The first time I went in with the new system I asked her for the bag I wanted to which she responded "Go and get your own bag", even though she had served me every week for 2 months prior to the system change, so it is understandable that I did not know that I had to go and select my own bag. Unsure why nothing has been done about her as I can see many other reviews of people having the same if not worse experiences as me.

   Had unpleasant experience today with a Asian staff with her bad service. She wasn’t helpful, her attitude was kind of rude. I had to go to other branch to send a package to other city, which only took 5 minutes to process with happy smile.

   I went here this morning with my husband to ask help on processing my husband's ird application; but the asian, middle age, short hair lady is so rude and not helpful at all. She just offered us an envelop and told us to sort things out on our own. she is not even wearing a name badge and appeared unhappy with her job.

   Another bad experience today with Romi or Romy (Asian lady as mentioned in every other comment.) Obviously everyone has a bad experience with her and is just sent the same link for a complaint so why has nothing been done yet? Today I was greeted with “Yeah?” No smile and the worst tone of voice (like always.) She makes going to the Birkenhead post office so unenjoyable. She clearly hates her job and every single customer. She’s awful! Get rid of her already - so you not pay any attention to the feedback customers are giving you?! I also think she charges more than what should be charged - she probably does it on purpose, part of her charm!

   I’m a regular customer and have just moved into the area, so am now using the Highbury location. The Asian lady working on the post office side is the rudest human being iv ever come across in retail. Walked in today and she started yelling at me saying I didn’t pay the rural delivery tag for one of my courier bags (which I did). Iv just been coming in here for a week and she never says hello or thank you. She looks like she doesn’t want to be there and is rude to every single customer that comes in. Yesterday I was sitting at the table filling in a package and heard her screaming at someone else. I don’t know who manages the post side but someone needs to deal with this lady. On a positive note the people working in the paper plus side seem extremely lovely.

   She's been on a charm course! I have been to this Post Shop twice recently and there was a woman matching the description of Ms Grump working there. Smiling, helpful - couldn't fault her customer service. One time only me to be served but second time there was a queue and there was a time waster in it. She still was patient and helpful.

   The staffs from paper plus are friendly and helpful. However the Asian lady from NZ post is horrible. I purchased an economy tracked parcel label online and asked the lady if I need to print out two copies or one. She answered rudely ‘I don’t know. We are two different systems’ To be honest it’s shocking how unprofessional and rude she was. Going through other reviews where this lady was mentioned numerous times, I do think some action needs to be taken by NZ post. If she doesn’t like the job, please let her go. Customers do not deserve to be treated this way.
