Hi i am writing with a complaint, i made a purchase with trade me on the 23rd of November pass the parcel picked up the parcel and scanned on the 23rd of november from about the 26th onwards i was checking the tracking nothing was updating rung on the 27th of november got told will deliver that day so that was algood, nothing turned up rung the next day was informed sorry its on the truck and will be delivered today (28th november) popped out for half and hour at 4pm then checked the tracking said it was delivered by front door at 4.03pm thought ok cool got home no parcel checked the tracking again seen the picture and guess what it was delivered to the wrong address was delivered to 48a instead of 46, now this is the frustrating part would think ohh thats easy we can just go and get it well actually we are in a 1 year long court battle with the lady at 48a we have trespass orders, no contact orders and everything with this lady, this is the 3rd time you have delivered to thatΒ address instead of mine, the last time she threw it over the fence in the rain not even onto my property, my wife rung very very frustrated as this is not good enough, you said we can be there in 15 minutes to re collect the parcel and deliver to me, in the end my wife ended up going onto her property and taking my parcel as we cant trust your service to do it right so now im sure my wife and me will get in trouble for breaching a trespass order as she has 10 cameras on her property and her mission is to get me and her in trouble shes relentless and doesnt stop, ( i got arrested about 2 weeks ago for coming up the driveway in my car and for honking the horn as its a shared driveway and she was blocking the drive with her car thats how terrible and ridiculous she is ) i cant believe you have done this 3 times now thats just unacceptable, i wish when making online orders you can pick the courier company, we have a courier nearly every single day normally NZ post they have never ever got it wrong and there tracking is 100 percent spot on i think in the 5000 times plus we have had them deliver only twice it has ever been a day late which is fine we have lived here for 25 years they have never delivered to the wrong address for me we are massive Lego fans and are constantly getting pieces, going to be interesting when this comes up in court but what were we meant to do ? It was close to 5pm on a friday so cant guarantee you guys would of picked it up and delivered and shes the type to take the parcel and say ohhh no you didnt deliver it here, out of 4 times i have used pass the parcel / post haste 3 times its been delivered to her instead of me, am so frustrated pretty much waiting to get arrested now because as i say every single thing me or my wife do once we leave the property she has her camera out to record us waiting for us to do something wrong, so how do we rectify this ? As i know next time i get a email saying pass the parcel has picked up your parcel im going to cringe as i know damn well its going to get delivered to her address again ? Worst courier company ever i thought aramex were bad but jeez you guys take the cake, well done

Abysmal courier. Mistake after mistake. Argued with me about where I live. Some of the staff on the phones are amazing but the courier service from Hamilton and Te Awamutu area are truly hopeless. Said I wasnβt home when I waited all day. Sent parcel rural despite clearly being addressed. Every expected date delayed. Still waiting my parcel. Donβt use this service is my advice.

These guys used to be amazing now theyβre incredibly bad! Itβs unbelievable. Mustβve changed ownership. Donβt pick up parcels for weeks used to be same or next day and fast delivery. Will have to go back to NZ post or other.

NEVER use this courier service. Worst in the country. Have had countless parcels go missing, taking weeks to pick up after booking, not scanning in parcels when picking them up and then losing them and saying that because they werenβt scanned in thereβs no evidence that they were picked up and they wonβt refund anything. Thousands of dollars in personal belongings lost. Spending weeks and weeks calling and emailing enquiring about missing packages and being ignored over and over again. You are guaranteed to lose a lot of money and valuable items and time and mental sanity with this courier service

A week after we booked for pickup. More than 10 parcels are waiting for pickup. We called two times and they have no record for our call and enquiry. so disappointed with the serviec. we are a company and have been using their services for years.

I have used this service successfully for a year or so but NEVER will use this service again. One parcel has sat outside my front door for 2 weeks, the other for 6 days. Emails, requests for a refund, Facebook messages and still no action. NOT HAPPY!

Will not be using this service any more. I thought I would try it out with the increase in NZ post prices as I sell a fair bit of pre loved clothing and needed something affordable for buyers. The first time I used this service I had to email and ask them to pick a package up as it went un collected for a few days, the second time my parcel was waiting almost a week and again was only collected because I emailed and now for the third and final time a parcel has been waiting over a week and after emailing AGAIN I was told oops this was assigned to the wrong driver... would this have even been noticed if I never emailed!? AND STILL it has not been collected and I've ened up out of pocket as I have had to refund my buyer, so embarrassing!!!!

I rate it 3/3, due to 3 failed parcel pickups First: placed pickup request, sat outside for a week, emailed them, and it was picked up a few days later Second: placed pickup request, sat outside for a week, emailed them, remained sitting outside for a week, still wasn't picked up. So I gave up and used NZ post. Pass the Parcel is a great idea in theory, but that would require them to actually pick-up and post the parcel as I paid for...

Pretty disappointed, had a parcel delivered in Wellington addressed for Dunedin. Called the day it was delivered and was told they'd retrieve the parcel and I'd hear from them within 24-48 hours, didn't hear anything for 4 days so called again, was told I'd hear by the end of the day.. still nothing. It has now been days and still have not been communicated with about the where abouts of my parcel or if I'll even be receiving it. Not impressed at all!
