Seems like the drivers of this company spend their days delivering missed delivery cards over actually delivering the items they are paid to deliver in the first place, multiple times & it's still an issue even though there has not been one knock at the door or an "attempted delivery" what so ever. Genuinely, how do you morally continue to fail such an easy task is beyond me when people pay for a service & that service is not completed & expect customers to fill out redelivery forms for it to happen over & over, or drive 40+ minutes to retrieve said delivery from a depot where it left from later that morning?

Sent me a message saying I had to be home to sign off on my package so I took the day off work as it was important and they just didn't show up? I'm now going to have to go into depot to get the package myself... Asked for compensation on the payment for shipping and they said nothing can be done? What's the point in paying for shipping...

If I could give negative I would. Do these reviews even bother them, probably not.. they have had a parcel now over 3 weeks and their response is oh our driver is busy. That sounds like a company problem that is now my problem. On the plus side to them it’s not lost. Just absolute mismanaged, unprofessional behaviour, I don’t understand why businesses use this the company, they can’t even do the one thing they are suppose to do… deliver.

Atrocious customer service. The driver left a card after not even knocking on the door when we were home. We spoke with customer service and told we could go pick it up only for it not to be there and then get told “sorry you’ll just have to come back”. No solutions offered and just a horrible experience overall. Will never use them again.

I always ordered coffee and received without issues The last parcel nothing was changed on it same address same place same name However package was with depot for 5 days no not even moved I rang their 0800 number i got hanged up on because i was calling from mobile I rang branch they said we not sure ! All the sudden after i hung up by 30 mins its with courier for delivery No one rang me back or advised what happened Its a joke and their service is horrible why would a package sit for 5 days for no reason coming from auckland city to northshore Very unprofessional

Been waiting for a parcel with a passport in it. We're very anxious since our flights are soon and our visas are in our passports. On the day of delivery I made sure I'm at home, opened up the curtains, cracked the window open to make sure they know someone's at home. Only for them to attempt to deliver the parcel at the wrong house! Very frustrating as I've been tracking it all day. On the missed delivery card it says to go to their website to request to pick it up from their depot. On the website, I punched in the code and now it's telling me to call the depot's number. Called the number several times. No answer. Drove down to the depot to make sure I can pick it up later in the afternoon. The staff told me to either: 1. Go online to request redelivery 2. Give them a call

Disappointed with the lack of effort to deliver parcels. No attempt to ring and make contact despite them asking you to give them your phone number. I’ve been left 2 cards to collect and on their third attempt to deliver they never turned up. Certainly won’t be using NZ Couriers again

Worst couriers in NZ, their drivers will not go down my driveway, instead leave parcels too big for the mailbox on the ground, in full view for theft even after I have left delivery instructions. When I questioned them I was told couriers don't go down long driveways which is not true all couriers follow the instructions except NZ couriers. I was told they are investigating however I have still not had a response. I am not at all happy with their service, will never use them again.

They said the item was delivered to my mailbox but it's not there. My house is in a long driveway and I have no idea why these people put an item which is not every tiny and worth $289 into my mailbox. Contacted them and got assigned to an investigator but I was also told by the person answering phone call that if the item is lost then the only thing I can do is to contact the police. What quality of service should I expect from you NZ Couriers???
