They are the worst in the market. They are supposed to deliver my parcel on 9th December, and even after 10 days they haven't delivered it yet. And it's showing delivered on the website. They are giving the same answer on the call, "We are conducting research on your parcel". And they can't even confirm if my parcel is at the depot for collection or not. In short, they should give up on delivering and try some other business or job, because it's very clear that they don't know how to deliver.

They had left our delivery of large boxes of new items on the front door in clear view of the street and a pass through in west Auckland. The items were stolen during the day before we got home. The company website notes that they will leave delivery in safe place, if not available , the parcel will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent or back to the local depot. They have clearly not carried out the delivery as they state on there website and refuse to accept accountability for leaving it in an unsafe place and will not provide a refund or a re-deliver the stolen items.

I am extremely disappointed with the service Iβve received from Aramex. It has been over a week, and I still have not received my parcel nor any meaningful update about its whereabouts. Iβve been following up every single day, yet the customer service team continues to respond with scripted, robotic replies that offer no real solution or support. Whatβs even more concerning is the lack of care shown by the staff. One representative even told me, βThereβs nothing I can do, Iβm not in Auckland,β which is an unacceptable response from a companyβs call centre. The agents often sound uninterested and unhelpful, and Iβm left with no clear information on whether I will ever receive my parcel. Despite being told multiple times that I would receive a call or an update, I have received no communication whatsoeverβno calls, no messages, and no tracking updates. This is the worst service I have ever experienced with Aramex. I have used Aramex in other countries and have never encountered service this poor. The complete lack of communication, inaccurate tracking, and ineffective customer support have caused significant inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expected far better from a professional courier company.

Update: My subsequent experience only reinforces a 0-star review. After three phone calls providing the same details, Aramex asked for the information again via an online form. Still, no action has been taken - the parcel remains uncollected and not delivered to the intended recipient. --- It's a shame you can't leave a 0-start rating. I have, for 5 days, tried Aramex to retrieve a parcel they've delivered to the wrong address. Each day I call I'm told the same thing: they'll send a note to the depot to send a courier to retrieve the parcel. Today I've asked if there's anything else they can do, other than repeat the same steps as that doesn't seem to result in the item being collected. I was told there are no other options, there's no one to escalate the issue to and I just need to keep calling back. I'm not the sender or the receiver of the item, so I said that option is not acceptable to me. At that point the Aramex agent hung up. Wow! I'm glad I'm not the customer in this situation and based on this experience there's no way I would knowingly use Aramex.

I regularly get parcels delivered. Sometimes I dont get to choose the courier company. My room is on the 3rd level. I have a big sign on my front door that says please ring the bell. All the other drivers can do it except Aramax. They dont even knock on the door. How do I know? I have a video doorbell. I have tried to contact them but their tick the box enquiry system doesn't fit.

Hopeless courier company.if there was a zero star rating I would have given that. A number of times I had my packages not picked up for delivery on 1st day. If you email them it takes another 2 to three days to respond. Even i had to go on to calling them a number of times so parcel gets picked up. On top of that their customer service worst information never updated. My parcel was not picked up this week because the courier driver said it is oversize. I was sent email to call and check with Aramex. When I called the person attending me told package was oversize. I told him it is just a clothing item why will it be oversize. After holding me up for few seconds when he had conversation with someone he told me I need to repack and it will be collected tomorrow. However, that information was never updated in their system. So next day no pick up. I sent an inquiry email no response. Next day another email no response. So I called and guess what girl at customer service has no updated information to give. Tells me package oversize and added another information have to put into 2 packing. Ridiculous how can a clothing be divided into two. I was hearing from people about this company and have experienced late pick ups in past as well now I can say 0 star rating and worst services. I am never going to deal with rhis company and forget about sending any inquiry email the company's services will never change. Really disappointed.

I wish I could leave a negative star like a lot of other people. Zero customer service when I inquired why they had held onto my package for 5 weeks. They lied and said my ref nbr for S&S wasn't on it but clearly it was. When I finally received it look at the damage. I've asked why they held it for 5 weeks and they refuse to answer. The company should be shut down.
