    Terrible service. Package handed off from DHL international to local Aramex service, the only courier company in NZ unable to deliver a package to my address, even with updated details and a phone number to call. Couriers never came into our street, let alone our property (we were home all day) and never called yet status updated to unable to deliver with no actual attempts made. Unable to rebook online as no "card to call" was left. CS reps who can't be heard clearly and don't update job notes after discussions or if they do, their tracking system does not show the updates. Updated address via three emails and three phone calls but online tracking does not reflect this and I'm still being sent email requests to update address. Worst courier experience I have ever had. EDIT: Aramex's response ignores the part of my review where I mention their web-tracking is not working and has not been updated with the new details given to staff multiple times. It only states more information is required and gives no indication of re-delivery. It has stated this for five days now, regardless of emails and discussions with CS team members. So again, they're more about blatantly lying to people rather than making deliveries.

    Disappointing experience with the customer service team. Long wait times, unhelpful responses, and a lack of follow-through on promises. The issue still remains unresolved. Unfortunate that such poor service seems to be the norm here. (MX0029380356) On Wednesday 22 Oct, I received text message parcel has been delivered but I didnt received parcel, I called customer service and I have been informed that parcel has been delivered to wrong address. On 23 Oct, driver called and said he delivered parcel in flat 12 and was very rude saying that its not his fault as label was wrong on parcel. I again, called customer service and informed them. On 24 Oct, flat 12 owner gave parcel to me but parcel was fully open and i checked label on the parcel and found label was correct on parcel. This clearly shows your driver fault or negligence. Now, I want to take action against your driver due to his rude behavior with me and with my family. I'm also not gonna accept open parcel as well as its company fault not mine. I'm tired of calling to customer service as they are not getting back to me from 3 days. That's why now I'm doing in written as if now no one get back to me then atleast i can take legal action. Thanks

    absolute rubbish service. All the contact is off shore and you cannot talk to anyone in NZ. There’s zero ownership, zero accountability, and no sign anyone cares about doing their job. If the customer service team decides they’ve had enough, they just hang up and block further calls. Its been over a week and i still have not received my parcel. They say they are escalating the issue and putting an urgent delivery request but its all a lie nothing is being done. bloody rubbish

    Harrison the Aramex courier is the best courier driver on the planet. He always smiles, and is always friendly. He's always on time, and never forgets to come and collect my parcels. He always handles the parcels gently and carefully with much consideration for fragile items. His van is always clean and the engine purrs like a kitten. The van is perfectly maintained without a scratch on it, which proves what a careful driver he is, and no bumps! His personal grooming is far beyond expectations, a cool haircut, a handsome man with a happy and kind face. Everybody in the neighbourhood loves him!

    Khan and Doreen from #92 do an amazing job. All of our parcels arrive on time and they are always cheerful while delivering the parcel. They deliver the parcel with so much care and are always a delight to talk to. Hands down, the best delivery people I've interacted with.

    What a unprofessional courier company, terrible communication. For a start the tracking system doesn’t actually show the actual status of the package when redelivery is requested??? Why??? Their software seems to come from the 60s. Contact centre is off shore and has nothing to do with locals apparently (told by locals). Contact centre makes promises that isn’t delivered by local depots - why have a contact centre at all? I’ve also lodged a complaint with the company which uses Aramex for delivery to suggest stopping partnering up with them because I would definitely pay more for better delivery service.

    possible the worst courier company in the country. avoid at all cost. they cant find addresses in central auckland, then say they need an alternative address because they attempted twice although never called and I was at the address the entire weeks. I assume they didnt actually attempt. It sat in a cage for 10+ days, and i made 6 phone calls and one support email. Asked to talk to a supervisor, they dont have one, asked for a complaint email, also dont have one. Ask for a refund, and they said i either pick it up or they send it back to sender. If you actually want your good to be delievered, this company isnt for you, as suggested by other ratings.

    Oh boy never again! There's a reason why they're the cheapest! To be fair to them when it's fine it's fine but when you are unlucky and happen to be having an issue with them, I'd say all the very best. My parcel was lost a month ago, turns out mislabelled incorrect tracking number despite knowing all the facts to return to me, parcel is still stuck in Chch! Ongoing never ending saga with no help whatsoever. Mentally draining dealing with these people.

    The world is turning hellish and Aramex is part of the problem. Trying to do a simple task; send a parcel overseas. There is no option to add a new pickup address, only the one thats saved. Then finally I find a "Transfer Address" option which changes pickup address indefinitely to a new address... WHAT!? No other courier service have I EVER only had the choice to have ONE collection address. Even after attempting to transfer it, it didnt work. Then of course the chat bot is useless and only transfers you to a real person if you have a tracking number... !!?!?!?!? This literally ruined my day.

    I am extremely disappointed with this delivery company. As the receiver, I have been waiting for my parcel for nine days, which is an unreasonably long time for a delivery from East Auckland to North Shore. The level of service I have received is completely unacceptable. During my first call to inquire about my parcel, I was informed that the sender did not provide a company name, which is not a valid reason for delayed delivery. Despite explaining that I have received parcels from other couriers at the same business address without any issues, the customer service representative did not seem to care. During my follow-up call, I was promised that my parcel would be delivered within one to two days after I made an urgent request. However, this did not happen, and I was left waiting for an additional two days without any updates. The tracking information was inadequate as it only displayed "held in problem" without any further details. To make matters worse, the customer service representative during my second call was incredibly unprofessional and hung up on me before I could finish asking about my parcel's delivery status. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's customer service standards. It is also concerning that I have had a similar experience with Aramex in the past. I had to wait two months for a delivery from Hamilton to Auckland and ended up receiving a broken box with missing parts. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer service and timely delivery. Overall, the service provided by this delivery company has been unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. The delays, lack of information, and unprofessionalism displayed by the customer service team are unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest looking for alternative delivery options in the future.
