   What kind of post office doesn’t have stamps for sale! Want to send out two postcards for my friends overseas but they only have one left. The lady asked me to buy 10 pack stamps. Why you don’t just sell that 10 pack one by one to the customers who need it? I cannot understand the customer service level here. Have to come back again to buy the other stamps. Waste of my time.

   I posted my application form on Saturday, using a post bag as recommended by the staff which cost me $6.40. The Japanese consulate (also in Auckland!) didn’t receive it until Thursday, and the deadline was Wednesday.

   Had a parcel to return so I purchased the bag, and gave them the return label at the post office. The lady very rudely said “next time bring your own tape and do the job yourself”. I’ve never had someone complain to me about the use of tape? Very odd

   I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received from a representative at your Lynn Mall location. During my recent visit, I encountered a very rude Indian lady at the customer service desk on the left side counter. She was extremely disrespectful and arrogant in her demeanor, throwing papers on the air and providing no proper response to my inquiries. As a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy at all times, and it was clear that this representative failed to meet those standards. It is unacceptable for a customer service representative to behave in such a manner and provide no proper assistance to customers. I strongly believe that all customer service representatives should be properly trained to address customers with respect and provide adequate support. I urge the government to coach such representatives to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to address customers well. I hope that NZ Post takes this complaint seriously and takes the necessary steps to address this issue. I look forward to receiving a response and resolution to my concerns.

   Painfully slow , rude and dont care about customers at all. One of your teller was on the phone for over 15 minutes despite the queue to the door. It was on Thursday 23/2/2023 at 11.20 am. Check your camera and call record.

   Very rude Indian lady. Bought a post bag, but she respond in an argumentative tone without a detailed explanation. When I asked about the tracking number, but she told me that it was my fault for not saying I needed it from the beginning. I ask a question because I need help, but she responded in a rude and aggressive tone. She doesn't know how to say please and thank you at all.

   Service is decent unlike I what others say. Parking is behind Library. But if you just want to drop off the courier then you can use 5 minute parking.
