Literally the worst business in the world to deal with. Called over the pass 5 days following up on a delivery that they have had for 9 days and no one calls you back or provides any ETA of delivery. None of them seem to work in NZ or work in the same office so struggle when needing to follow up with other teams which delays everything. The business is out of its league.

Horrific Customer Service lost my parcel never responded to emails took no responsibility for all of your mistakes would never ever use them. Unfortunately Apple uses them to send me repairs so be very careful.

What a joke of a courier company! Customer reps are incompetent and rude. Partnered with NZ couriers which are equally as incompetent! International parcel on priority but got lost in east tamaki and neither of these two can tell where the parcel is. Lodged a police complaint re this as nz couriers’ regional branch manager “Clayton” got very rude over the phone saying not to call them again as am not their customer and that I should go to Fedex and complain also saying they are ending the search. Very rude! Both fedex and NZ couriers beware of them. DHL is by far more efficient and on time!

Absolutely shocking service. I am still waiting on a parcel that I ordered on the 28th December coming from Australia. It's been in Auckland since the 14th January. Every time I call they say it will be with me in the next couple of days...It's been about a month of that. I've emailed, no response. Have called numerous times but it seems completely pointless. The last time I called the lady said they were dealing with an extreme backlog and to rest assured that my parcel will arrive at some point but they just can't tell me when. Helpful. DO NOT use this courier company unless you're wanting to wait Months. Hopefully by March I would've received this parcel but I'm not holding my breath.

Terrible performance!! 12 days for a package from Otorohanga to Auckland! Not good enough. None of your supposed icon agents in Otorohanga wanted anything to do with you. Only after multiple attempts would they begrudgingly attempt to pass the package onto their regular courier drivers, who did did accept the package. But they didn’t seem to actually take anywhere, or maybe it went around Nz 5 times before finally making it to your Auckland depot??? If you intend on continuing to do business in Nz you’d really benefit from trying a bit harder to build relationships with your local agents and your drivers. Good luck!

Absolutely dreadful service. Two separate shipments have arrived with 25-30% write-off damage to them. One shipment even had multiple holes in the boxes and with approx 30 items missing that had fallen out of the hole. Or been stolen.

OH WOW THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. First they made me wait 19 days to receive an empty parcel from Auckland to Hamilton which was provided by Apple. When I finally got a hold of someone to organize pick up I'm stuck on the phone talking to some clown for 20 minutes who was asking me more personal questions then a passport application. Name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone number, Mobile number, Email, Type of Work, Name of Work, Place of Work and on and on and on. On top of that guy couldn't work out if the tracking number was TNT or FedEx. All this to have a parcel delivered? Nah it seems to me they're just collating private information for other marketing agencies. I have just gotten of the phone with Citizens Advice Bureau who told me I should not be expected to provide anything other than my name, the pick up address and a number they can reach me on if there are complications

Almost impossible to contact this company. Incorrect number advertised on the website which took me to the ASB Bank for some reason. When I did finally find a correct number they hung up on me twice. I was trying to find out why my parcel is show as at their Auckland depot and has been in processing for over 20 days. Spent 30 minutes after speaking with the first customer service rep and had to start over with another CS rep before being told that they would need to email me back. I've never had an email and still don't have the order which was sent on urgent service. Terrible experience all around.
