Absolutely disgusting service. Order picked up on 14/11, then held on 19/11, and no updates since. No calls, no explanation…! Is this a professionally managed company?!
Unacceptable service. The delivery guy chose to leave a card while we were at home. Now I'm forced to drive 25 minutes to collect a parcel I already paid to be delivered. I will be giving this feedback to the store where I purchased the products and inform that I am forced to shop elsewhere.
Beware, charge Xtra as rural address when customer is residential. Then advise customer item delayed has been 5 days and advised delivery should be within next 5 days. Courier I think not.
The worst delivery experience ever. I was home all day expecting my Adidas order. The building is a straightforward apartment complex — literally just one step to the door and a quick call to my apartment. Instead, the courier (#73 or whoever was in Grey Lynn on 9 September) simply left a card in the mailbox without even trying to call. Now I have to waste time rearranging delivery and writing this review to warn others. Extremely disappointing — AVOIT AT ANY COST
The "Overnight" delivery service from Auckland to Christchurch has taken 5 days for me twice. I ordered an item which was picked up by the Post Haste Courier on a Thursday and despite using the "Overnight" delivery service I did not receive it until the following Tuesday. Then the exact same thing happened a few weeks later when I ordered again from the same Auckland based retailer. The 1 star review is because you call your service "Overnight" and fail to live up to that expectation.
If you have a choice, don't use posthaste. I'm meant to get a delivery which was stuck on their warehouse for several days now. Called them if I can personally pick it up and said yes, only to find out there in Penrose that i have to book-in for that, so i just wasted my time. There's another lady there wanting to get her parcel but just the same she wasn't told what is needed to get the package on-site. Why can't they be thorough? I've called to just redeliver my package but the agent on the phone seems to be disinterested to solve the issue.
Awesome customer service! Jane at reception was so helpful!!! I did not have a box since the parcel i needed to return is not regular size. Jane went out of her way to help me out! That gesture showed the company culture when someone like her is representing the org.
Unlike other couriers, Post Haste is always slow at delivery, and has a bad habit of signing the parcel themselves, leaving them in shared complex lobby. Anyone could have just taken the parcels, clearly they only care about their precious time and cost. They should get sued for their unjust service!
An item is to be picked up by one of your drivers. I got a call to say the scheduled pick up time is between 0800-1630. Firstly, that is absurd and ridiculous! How do you expect someone to wait for 8.5hours for a driver to show up? That is something the company has to change. Unacceptable and absolutely rubbish to expect that from someone. Secondly, after waiting 8.5hours, the driver still HAS NOT shown up. I've waited for 9hours at the time of writing this email and the customer service, person, Natalie, said the driver has accepted it at 0800 this morning and is coming to pick up the parcel. It's a Friday and I have things to do and cannot be waiting around for a driver to come afterhours. This is totally unacceptable. Natalie or however, it is spelt is also absolutely rude. Of course I am mad and snappy at her because I've already waited 9 hours for the driver who has not shown up.
My parcels were delivered at a totally different address(almost 20kms away from my address) and i dont think they've even realized that they made a mistake. Luckily the home owner of the wrong address was honest enough to contact me and give my parcels.
