   I was nervous after reading the bad reviews. I bought a 19kg garden statue from an Auckland company and they used NOW. We live up a lot of steps in Wellington and have had hassle with couriers who don't want to climb the steps leaving packages on the public pathway or just leaving a card even though we are home. The Now Courier carried the heavy parcel up steps and a pathway in the rain to our door. The delivery was the day after the parcel was dispatched.

   BEWARE... This courier company doesn't just deliver to the wrong address they deliver to the wrong town. Get in touch within 30 minutes of delivery and 2 hours later they still have not gone back to collect it. And they put on the delivery details that I signed for it.

   Called 6 days ago to have a parcel redelivered. Called again today as I still hadn't received a redelivery. The request was never put through by the initial agent that I spoke to over the phone 6 days ago. Now I have to physically go in to the depot and pick up the parcel myself.

   Surprised they're scoring so high. My phone calls to them (at least 2) indicated poor internal processes. Parcel stuck in a corner of a warehouse somewhere. Needless to say my delivery was so late as to be useless. Better off without them.

   They think they don’t need to obey traffic rules because they’re a delivery van! Today I was at the intersection of Bond St and New North Road, with a Now Courier driver behind me. I stopped on a yellow light and the driver swerved into the “Left turn only” lane to go past me and turn right on red. One day he will hit someone but it will be too late. :(

   Do not use this courier company. I made an online order two weeks ago and I still haven't received the package. I rang Now Couriers and after a long wait on the phone got a very unhelpful "customer service" person who said the courier driver was "swamped and new". She could not give me any idea as to when I will receive the package. Just appalling service.

   Unreliable, useless, incompetent are not sufficient to describe this courier company. My parcel was not delivered on the box at a residential address so they left a note on 9 Feb 23. I called them for redelivey at business address. They promised delivery in two days. Called them after 2 days and spoke to another customer service staff, Liz, who wrote the redelivery address and took my details. She again promised 2 days delivery. After not receiving the parcel on 3rd day called again. Gave all details again to someone called,Si. 22 Feb still no sign of my parcel!!. What a joke! Can't deliver , shut the company.

   I am shocked at how terrible this company and services are. How could these couriers still even be in business if they can't even get a single thing right especially with this many extremely negative reviews. I was sent a package a week ago on a Tuesday 4/2/20. I emailed the sender after 3 days on Friday 7/2/20 who contacted the courier and was told it was taken to the wrong place (out west while I live out south and there aren’t similar addresses) and that it would be sent that day or on Saturday at the latest and nothing came. At this point it was becoming urgent and it was just a small package in a central location. It is now the following Monday 10/2/20 and there is still nothing. I was told it would be delivered at midday yet its a while after and I am still waiting. Extremely pathetic to call yourselves a courier service. This isn't the first time I have had trouble receiving a parcel from this courier. I have tried to email but of course had zero response. Very disgraceful. EDIT: Very late update but needed to add how they only got worse. So the courier told my sender that it would be delivered on the Monday, a full week after it was first sent. Somehow they failed delivery TWICE because they took it out west for no reason while my address is out south. After waiting a while my parcel finally arrived! But it only arrived because they decided not to deliver it and handed it to their “sister” company Post Haste who don’t deliver the type of parcels that mine was (just a freaking invitation proof) and thankfully a very nice lady who worked for the company and lived near the address personally delivered it on her own time. So if it wasn’t for her I would have never at any point got my parcel. It’s laughable now but holy hell how can you you fail so bad in every way.

   If they are happy to park illegally in a designated mobility park without the necessary permit outside a MEDICAL CENTRE, heaven only knows what they do with your packages. My advice is to avoid them at all costs!
