Dont use Schenker freight company. They are bad news. Sea freight shipment left for Sweden 15th July - still not there - 2 months over the delivery date of September that they told us. We dont get any satisfactory answers back on where our freight is - brushed off really. We support the other bad reviews on here and believe they are all 100% correct. This company clearly has issues.

Still no improvement in their tracking and delivery process. The tracking says it got delivered but we didn’t receive it at all. No card or message left, no attempt to contact us. It doesn’t even show delivered to our address. Upon emailing them, just got one line reply saying tracking says it’s delivered. Lost my parcel just like that.

Ordered from Adidas (NZ) was shipped from Australia! All I can say is the tracking information hasn't been updated at all on the website for my order still says 'Booked waiting to be picked up' and it's been just about 3 weeks. I got extremely worried about it so messaged DB Schenker NZ to see where my parcel was and they replied saying it was waiting to still be picked up from Australia and wasn't in New Zealand. (Horrible spelling in the email response, I was so surprised!) I then decided to message Adidas via Messenger on Facebook to see when it was getting picked up and they said it was ready to be picked up from Auckland and handed over to Posthaste and they sent me the tracking for posthaste! (There customer service was way better and had more info then the courier company!) It was handed over to my local postie on Friday and will likely be delivered on Monday! Was delivered a week from when it was with my postie, not too bad. Parcel turned up in excellent condition! Review rating staying at 2! Systems need to improve, unfortunately the wait times and communication is horrible with DB Schenker NZ. - Updated 7th July 2023 Horrible customer service from this company, and the tracking is so bad!

I was beyond surprised that Adidas chose this company to deliver their products to customers in NZ. The inconvenience was too much. No update on deliver status on their website. Called them to help check and got hung up after 20 minutes wait. Afterward I had to call Adidas and finally got assisted. My first order with Adidas had no issue, but the last two made me depressed because I did not know where my packages were the entire delivery period.

2 orders (separate shipments) from Nike in Aus, both arrived in about 4 working days. Only issue is that the tracking isn't updated at all until like 1 hour before it's delivered so from my pov, seems like they're still in Aus awaiting collection unless I coincidentally check tracking 1 hour before it is delivered or receive it. Overall, very quick and that's what matters to me :)

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Absolutely appalling service ordered two months ago from Reebok. This was a much wanted Christmas gift for someone. I saw that the item has arrived in the warehouse in Auckland. So I called in December to ask the ETA of delivery as at that time it had been sitting in Auckland for over a week. I was told it would arrive before Christmas. It’s now January and the product is still sitting in the warehouse in Auckland. Was even more appalled when two weeks before Christmas I had ordered something via a different company that uses AU and NZ post. Wasn’t expecting it to arrive prior to Christmas but it arrived a few days later, well before Christmas Day. Which just really shows how absolutely appalling this company is. I won’t be ordering from Rebook again due such a significant delay.

Slow shipping, same story as every other review here, their tracking doesn't work and no one can tell you what's happening with a parcel. "Agreed delivery date" is listed on the order but not met, still waiting on parcel from Reebok/Adidas. I would recommend shopping elsewhere or ordering products from Adi/Reebok retailers instead. Can't understand how it takes this long for a national delivery, other companies have this down to overnight, or weekly, these guys aren't even close. An absolute shambles of a company.
