   Surprised at the number of negative reviews. Castle and their sister companies have always been reliable in my experience. I had a parcel collected by Castle late on Friday afternoon in Christchurch, and delivered to me at the other end of the country by the friendly local NZ Couriers driver 11am Monday morning. You can't ask for better. Well done guys, appreciate your service.

   Honestly, I was really concerned when I had a missing parcel and saw the huge number of negative reviews. My experience was overall very positive. The phone was answered promptly, the customer service reps I spoke to were polite and efficient, we located the missing parcel with help from the rural courier service (Coural) and identified the cause as an unfortunate but understandable human error (it happens!) I also received a follow up email from the person investigating the query, who was also prompt and helpful in their replies. Given human error is inevitable in any business of this scale, how a company approaches problem-solving leaves the strongest impression for me. Nice work.

   The worst company we've come across. From sending to receiving, they manage to stuff it all up ! We have lost customers, had to provide refunds and received bad reviews on OUR company due to the incompetence of this courier company. They cannot deliver on time or simply won't even come and collect. We had to chase them 3 days in a row just to get our packages collected. We've moved on now, don't waste time with this company.

   Have tried ringing this company many times and the phone just cuts off after 3/4 minutes. For a service company you need to sort this out, or you wont have a business.. The only other company worse than yourselves is Aramex and I'm shocked they are still in business. NZ Couriers, part of your group are fantastic and the service I receive from them is brilliant. I suggest you try sitting in on there meetings, you may learn something.
