   They don't knock at all. I have two separate incidents of guys just leaving cards instead of knocking on the door. It is such a waste of resources and time when they can just simply knock to check instead of assuming that no one's home. Called the helpline during the first incident, and the staff was apologetic and helpful. On the second incident, the staff wasn't really helpful, claiming that the Authority to Leave option is only sent when the first attempt of delivery is unsuccessful. I asked if they could have the courier guy redeliver the parcel as the van just left literally a few minutes ago. She immediately said no, without trying to contact the courier guy. I had to tell her about my first incident before offering to put the action for redelivery. You would receive fewer calls and complaints relating to similar incidents if the courier guys actually try knocking on doors.

   Threatening to send the parcel back within 5 working days is not okay. I'm sorry, but how would this accomodate people who works from 7-5pm to be able to collect parcel when you guys only open Monday to Friday from 9-5? Some people don't have the privilege to work from home and some people needs to travel far to work. So why are you in a customer-service industry when you can't even reach the customer?

   Oh boy driver didn't bother knocking leaving the package leaving a card, 4 emails 3 phone calls later the driver kept the package in the van until end of day its quicker to get it sent to the nearest depot and go out of your way to pick it up, I am avoiding all company that uses nzcouriers it's just a joke at this point

   Driver jasmeet Singh, very rude customer service, leaving the delivery in the middle of the doors, asked him to drop behind the counter. He said, you guys have to come and open the doors for me, otherwise I leave the delivery by the main entrance door. Honestly he is not fit the job. Should have given him negative marks. Hopefully management must have take action. Thanks shafee

   Just like all the other reviews, their driver didn't bother to ring the intercom even though I was home all day. My intercom rings super loud and not once has NZ Post had a problem ringing it. Contacted NZ courier and was told they were "confident" they rang my intercom as the GPS placed their driver at my place for 6 minutes. Instead of implying that I'm a liar, how about you check the performance of your drivers and make sure they're doing their job properly?
