   Worst ever company to deal with. Didnt follow the delivery instructions, though called twice to make it clear. Item left unattended it was stolen now not taking responsibility. Chasing for last 2 weeks. NEVER USE THEM

   Absolutely unbelievablely bad service. Booked a pick up from my home that the company I was sending the product to had sent me a label. Booked it never turned up. Booked again never turned up. Then I ring up and get this horribly rude lady on the phone and telling me it is not end of business day yet and will be collected. Surprise surprise no pick up ring again the next day "oh yes the driver is coming" had given specific instructions for the driver to call me on my mobile when he had arrived so I could open our garage for him remotely only for him to knock on our front door (we have cameras) and when no one answered he just left. Get on the phone again to posthaste and eventually the fleet manager calls me back and eventually he himself came and picked it up! Alot of drama and will not use them if I can help it ever again!

   Tried to drop off a parcel at the depot as the courier didn’t pick it up and even though they were still loading the trucks the Humpty Dumpty Office worker said I can’t drop it off now as it’s after hours yet everybody was still there working and it was not even 6pm yet. Luckily there was a nice Polynesian van courier lady who took it and had it loaded on the trucks!

   What is your definition of "deliver"?? 2 of us are at home the exact time when you said "unattended".... actually, waiting for that delivery. One hour before, another courier company rung the door bell and we received an item without any problems. What's wrong with you? I won't use you personally and I will complain to the shopping website about you as well.

   The 2 parcels that were supposed to have been delivered to my address were delivered to two different addresses. Not recommended to use this courier service. My parcels were opened from their original senders bags and repacked in post haste bags. Why do they need to be repacked, I do not understand.

   Courier #42 has delivered packages to the completely wrong address on two occasions. Still waiting for our packages - please rectify it. Something super fishy going on.

   Great work team. Just want to thank you to the driver who delivered my parcel on Reynella drive Massey. Without any specific instruction the driver has delivered and kept it in the safe place as I was not at home when parcel was delivered.

   An item is to be picked up by one of your drivers. I got a call to say the scheduled pick up time is between 0800-1630. Firstly, that is absurd and ridiculous! How do you expect someone to wait for 8.5hours for a driver to show up? That is something the company has to change. Unacceptable and absolutely rubbish to expect that from someone. Secondly, after waiting 8.5hours, the driver still HAS NOT shown up. I've waited for 9hours at the time of writing this email and the customer service, person, Natalie, said the driver has accepted it at 0800 this morning and is coming to pick up the parcel. It's a Friday and I have things to do and cannot be waiting around for a driver to come afterhours. This is totally unacceptable. Natalie or however, it is spelt is also absolutely rude. Of course I am mad and snappy at her because I've already waited 9 hours for the driver who has not shown up.
