“Located groundside at the Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal in the food court with sushi, noodles and McDonald's, I received friendly service this morning. The last thing I'd eaten was cheese wrap thing on the plane and that was three hours earlier. With a name like "Best Ugly" how could I not? Prices are clearly marked on the large menu board. I opted for the bagel with "house chocolate hazelnut spread" and it did not take long until my name was called. The bagel is served in a paper tray that is super easy to take with you through security if you like but I had time to sit and enjoy it here. Slightly toasted and completely covered in spread, this was a great late breakfast.”

“Don't know why people whinge stay home & make a coffee! These beautiful people are run off their feet from the minute they're open right through to most of the day, weekends are chaos for them which says volumes! Their coffee is the best I have ever had creamy & fresh, Caramel latte to be specific, my favourite muffins are the lemon cream cheese which I always get "hot" because that is the way I like them. Their service is great considerating the amount of people lining up waiting to be served. They do the best they can, they're not robots. Highlight for me is always to come here even if I don't need anything from the mall. Hard to find really good Barista's, always my number 1 coffee place. Keep up the awesome work team. “As an avid consumer of coffee, Night 'n Day do the best flat white I've ever had, and for that they get 5 stars. They should really consider making an espresso grind for the Helova Coffee. I see the plunger grind and beans in their stores but not an espresso grind.”

The environment is clean and tidy, making I feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.weather I want to work quickly or chat with friends, the atmosphere is just right. Second, the service and attitude is excellent! The staff is warm and generous, friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She patiently answers questions when I order, the service throughout makes me feel cared for. Especially worth mentioning is the fast serving speed. I hardly have to wait at all very efficient. These is huge advantage for me in a hurry or wanting to enjoying coffee or snacks quickly. It was a very pleasant experience. Comfortable environment, thoughtful service, high efficiency , everything is done well, and it’s highly recommended for everyone to give a try!”

“Favourite place to come when I just feel like going to the airport and being there. Right opposite the foodcourt upstairs in the international terminal. Coffee is always strong and wakes me up. Pastries are quite high priced but it’s an artisan bakery so worth it. Highly recommend the English muffin with spinach, egg and cheese. One thing to note is that it’s a collaboration with blue marble lane so while your alcoholic drinks may come from BML, the food is lovingly crafted by the chefs at Oma.”
