   They have my favorite Iced Matcha Latte ever, rich flavoured, creamy, doesn’t get watered down by the ice even at the very last sips. I will say this is my treasure café, and I have recommended to my friends a lot.

   Presshouse Coffee is our absolute favourite spot in Albany! Every time we go shopping, we have to stop here for a coffee — it’s become a little tradition. Sometimes we even come just for the coffee and end up doing a bit of shopping after! The coffee is always perfect — rich, smooth, and consistent every time. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and the place has such a nice, relaxed vibe. It’s clean, cozy, and always makes our day better. Definitely one of the best cafés around!

   A always busy cafe in the middle of the mall. We have time for a cup of coffee, and then we have it and love it. The reason for only 4 stars is because the shortage of staff and the lady placed an order after us got her coffee before us!!!

   they gave us the wrong muffin. 4 times. i literally had to go up and show her which muffin it was, and she still pointed to the blue berry muffin. i told her “i want the apple and cinnamon muffin” and pointed to it, and she gave me the blueberry one.. 4 times. 4.. food is good but service? very poor.

   If you want scalding hot coffee that you can't sip before letting it cool down for a few hours, then this is the place for you. Nothing special or impressive about this cafe. I wouldn't waste my money again

   Not bad food, I go here regularly and enjoy it. Only issue is the staff often don’t understand my requests and I literally order the simplest of things! Rather awkward. I would say the customer service isn’t the best for this reason, although they do try and are friendly.
