   VILE customer service. Went on a happy customer. Called a lady over that worked there and was passing me to ask which roll was the spinach and feta as it was all mixed up. I’m vegetarian so just wanted to be sure. She came over, looked at me and walked off. The lady beside be even looked shocked and made a face at what she saw. All good. I get it’s the crazy season. I waited in line watching the lady behind the counter being rude to an elderly lady unable to work her card. Then when it was my turn I made a point that I’d asked the other lady but she walked off. The lady behind the counter put her hands up and shouted “she can’t understand you” I said that’s no excuse to be rude. Then she asked me what I wanted and I again tried to confirm if that roll was vegetarian. She again shouted at me saying “speak up I can’t understand you” I said never mind, you’re all so rude. They then both started shouting at me in another language and said “WERE BUSY” I said you’re not that busy and you won’t be busy long if you keep shouting at your customers. I am in shock I went into a business and was shouted at for trying to choose something. I WENT ACROSS THE ROAD TO SIERRA!!! Clearly a family run business. Was served by lovely lovely Asian family. So much respect and ten food was amazing. Was great not be shouted at.

   I wish there was a 0-star option. The staff were unbelievably rude and treated us like we didn’t belong. They kicked us out of the downstairs area at 1 PM, right in the middle of lunch hour, saying they “needed to clean.” When we politely asked how long the food would take, they told us to get out — then made us leave through the back door because they “needed to clean.” The food was rubbish, bland, and overpriced. The other café in the same mall has much better food and staff for the same price. Absolutely disgraceful service.

   Went this morning, got a pie and gave the cashier $20 cash( I know, they still exist?)well, the attitude I copped from her it felt like I had handed her a bomb. She had to dig under the cash register for change, slammed the doors and register all the while telling me that most people pay by EFTPOS. I told her I was NOT most people which made her more pissed off. Been going there for 7years, unfortunately won't be giving my business to them anymore, plenty of other places to go. Such a shame as their business is already suffering due to all the roadworks and what not happening in Pakuranga. Cheers.

   It's not too fancy, but good for a quick bite. There is a good selection of food in the cabinet, and a reasonable menu of other dishes. Obviously ordering from the menu will take a bit longer. I went with the Nachos today, which were pretty good.

   This one star is for the lady who served us. Understandably, it is Mother's day and it was busy but not good enough that our food took 30 mins and was cold. Very disappointing. My husband got served his big breakfast before my eggs bene. The coffee was on point though

   Has been great in the past but had the worst customer service today. The lady serving was so rude. We definitely won't be returning which is unfortunate after 10+ years of going there every weekend.

   Really good coffee, but the breakfast meals took 30 minutes to be delivered. They were poorly presented, not very tasty…..to be honest the meals were yuck. Wouldn’t go back here for anything other than the coffee.

   Coffee was bitter. Savoury tart was dry and old. Tasted like it was left in the warming cabinet on display for the whole day. Pity the isn't a Coffee Club there. Much better food, service, and coffee. Won't be going back.
