   Ordered a mocha with oat milk and a flat white with almond milk. Was overcharged an extra coffee and he gave me two flat whites with regular milk instead of one flat white with almond milk. When we requested almond milk due to dietary requirements the staff member advised we would need to pay for it but this was the original request for the order. It was terrible service. I would not recommend this coffee place due to the lukewarm coffee and unsatisfactory customer service of being overcharged coffees not by choice and being given incorrect coffees

   Came on our lunch break to get some food. Firstly the stall was quiet with one couple already seated. Only one of the three women there even acknowledged us while the other two ladies continued their conversation, if it had just been that I wouldn’t be writing this. Not only was I ignored there’s was no customer service at all, I felt as if I was interrupting the conversation and the lady who served me was very cold like I was asking her to do a back flip. I had to reheat my food due to it only feeling half warm and I work just down stairs.

   Presshouse Café was a really pleasant surprise! While the coffee itself was pretty standard, what truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they were. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and looked after—something you don’t always find, especially in busier mall cafes. They were more than happy to answer questions, adjust orders, and just generally made the atmosphere feel relaxed and inviting. One of the biggest bonuses was the extra Wi-Fi they offered on top of the mall’s limited connection. It made a huge difference and turned the café into an ideal spot to recharge, get some work done, or even just catch up on emails without any hassle. It’s small touches like that that really elevate the experience beyond just a coffee stop. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and easy-going, making it a great option if you need a little break from shopping or want a quiet place to sit and be productive for a while. Overall, while there are cafes with fancier coffee around, Presshouse Café shines because of its outstanding service, great atmosphere, and the thoughtfulness that went into creating a space where people can actually relax and work if they need to. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

   I bought a small trim latte and WOW, it was perfect! The milk was so creamy, and the coffee was perfectly balanced. The staff are so nice and friendly too. I wasn’t expecting much and left pleasantly surprised with how great my experience was. Thanks :)
