The portion sizes are very generous for the price. I love that there is a darker area to sit and a business lounge upstairs. Cabinet food looked fresh and we'll presented. “The owner is French - very authentic food. She is also very nice and friendly. The food is excellent and so is the coffee. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Rotorua. The only complaint I have is that it is rather pricey; we mostly go on special occasions. If it were less expensive, we would definitely go more often. Note that the restaurant itself is not very large so it does tend to fill up during normal meal times.”

“I live in Tauranga and know the best places for food and coffee. I have visited Delicacy Cafe many times over the past year and I honestly think they are one of the best cafes in town. I’m fussy on coffee and they get it right every time. Their food is always fresh, with perfectly balanced flavours and a good variety if you have a large group. I like that they’re always trying something new unlike other cafes around town. The owner and staff are always welcoming but so efficient. It’s so unassuming yet that adds to its appeal. “Hosted a baby shower at Patio Rose recently for a large group of ladies. It was such a great choice of venue and the high tea eats and treats were delicious. Marija and her team did a fantastic job making us feel special and that the Piccolo room was setup up before we arrived. Highly recommend this hidden gem!”
