Bought a premium shake , iced chocolate, Criss x and Sour cream chips and just regular chips both chips were horrible they tasted more like potato crisps then hot chips as they were both stale as hell and tasted like they’d been sitting for a day or two , ( drinks were amazing)
The woman working at this petrol station yesterday morning (19/10/2025) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Not only was her attitude condescending, but she repeatedly stared at me in a way that felt intimidating and disrespectful. I’ve been a regular customer for years, and this behavior is completely unacceptable & disrespectful. Management must take this seriously and train staff to treat customers with respect, courtesy, friendliness and professionalism.
Good cheap quality snacks. Laughably expensive bbq bottle swap. $56 bucks. Go across the road for $48 equally rip off for bbq bottle swap but not a joke like this. Service is what it is unfriendly cold and robotic they just work here do not expect friendliness they aren't paid for that.
Bad experience here. First the Gull payment app is not supported for all the pumps (only Pump 1 & 2 why?). Second there's a service fee for wave payment at the counter which I never encountered before at other petrol station like BP, Z or Mobil.
Ordered through Uber eats and already instructed to add specific ingredients but no they don't follow the simple rules. First and last time ordered.
Customer service is horrible. Went in, got my items, and waited at the counter to be served. The guy is cleaning the hot food area which is totally fine, but no acknowledgement I’m waiting. Then what happened is the same thing that’s happened the last three times I’ve been there (with different people too). Walks over and starts scanning my items. Doesn’t even acknowledge I exist. No greeting, no eye contact, and no words spoken at all. He said thank you to my friend when he served her after I spoke loudly to her asking if she was greeted. Like I’m not expecting much but acknowledgement that I am a human standing there would be great. To this guy, if you hate your job so much, don’t work there.
On the run out west and had to stop in for a hotdog on a stick and a flat white. Such a wide range of warm food to choose from, the staff are really nice and everything stocked and presented well. James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales
If I can vote this place a BIG DOODLE OF Zero I would.. I have had multiple bad experiences of this place depending on who's working at the time. This is why it is best to always go in than ordering via uber eats for you never know who's preparing your food since these rassh*... rather take your money than preparing your food properly KMT!!!
