   Bad experience with youthful server, told him the order, he repeated it back to me and then somehow stuffed it up. Other staff members did not seem overly concerned when I complained so I cancelled the order and got a refund. They were not busy at the time so no excuse for complacency.

   This is definitely the worst restaurant I've ever had. We ordered matcha latte with almond milk no sugar. At first, he gave me a mocha, but later I asked the barista and made a new matcha latte. The solid matcha powder didn't melt at all, and he used oat milk and added a lot of sugar to me. We also ordered a big breakfast and two hash brown. They forgot to add the extra hashbrown to us again, and I ate the historically lethal amount of oil. I have been feeling unwell since this brunch. Don't come again, really terrible

   We ordered the chicken noodle, but all I could taste and smell was vinegar. Their “lovely chef” insisted there was no vinegar in it, but it honestly didn’t taste right at all. It was the worst teriyaki chicken noodle I’ve ever had — sour and unpleasant with no clear explanation. I even started wondering if the ingredients were off or something had gone bad. Very disappointed, and I definitely won’t be coming back to this place.

   I had a big breakfast this morning 23/7/23. Very disappointing. It came out within 5 minutes which could be good but proves nothing is cooked fresh. Everything on the plate except the poached eggs was pre cooked then partially reheated.The sausages were very dry and tuff most likely reheated leftovers from yesterday, the toast was pre cooked then mildly warmed. Also ordered two long black coffees which were luke warm at best. Usually have an ok experience here but this time was a disaster.

   I love a runny egg bene. Hash brown was crisp on the outside and soft inside. prices are evident of the current times & egg situation so I had no issue paying for this. Love the atmosphere here, very relaxed compared to my busy schedule, will definitely be back.

   I personally found it a good place. The flatwhite was good, and the brioche french toast with banana and bacon was really filling. I was hesitant to go because of reviews, but honestly, I'll go again. I would say it's similar to columbus coffee (which is currently getting renovated).
