wucha meadowlands - the cutest campsite interior with a variety of drinks! has wifi, but no public bathroom so keep note if you plan to stay here for a while. price: $6-13 interior: beautiful!! 9/10 parking: lots of parking, may get crowded during peak hours/weekends service: fast just one thing to note, this store does close quite early compared to it’s store hours (8-9pm closing), otherwise decent spot - very aesthetic!

One of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve had. Your hours say 9:30 PM, yet no one picked up the phone at 9:00, and by 9:15,when I arrived, the store was shut down with lights off. If you stop taking orders at 9:00, then stop lying about your closing time. This isn’t “cleaning up early”—it’s straight-up deception. Treating customers like fools, not even bothering to answer calls—why bother running a business at all? Total waste of time, zero honesty, negative service. Strongly NOT recommended.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. When we came, there were 2 people who had ordered before us, and the table were about 50% occupied. We ordered 2 items from their new dessert menu: the vegan sorbet bowl and the pandan pudding noodle bowl, and waited for about 20min for our order. When our number buzzed, we were confused with what we got. We asked them if they got the order right as it was so different from the picture. The pics in the menu are misleading. How could a berry sorbet be yellow? See pic. Apparently they were the right order and they didnt even told us they were out of berry sorbet and have substituted the berry with some yellow sorbet. We were disappointed at the service, the wait time and the customer experience as they were below our expectations. Flavour and texture wise, it was not the best, you can tell the ingredients weren’t fresh. I wouldnt order again.

A Hidden Gem and Total Lifesaver! We were wandering around looking for somewhere to chill, but everything nearby was closed—except for WuCha Bubble Tea. And honestly, it turned out to be the perfect spot. Total lifesaver! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was exactly what we needed. The space had this cool camp-style aesthetic—really unique and cozy, like a modern outdoor lodge but indoors. It felt like a little escape from the noise and busyness of the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, making it a great place to hang out, catch up, or even just unwind on your own. The bubble tea? Top-notch. You can tell they use quality ingredients because the flavors were clean and balanced—not overly sweet, and the pearls had that perfect chewy texture. It’s one of those places where you can actually taste the difference. We tried a few different drinks between us, and each one was a hit. They clearly put thought into their menu and presentation too. What I appreciated most, though, was how quiet and comfortable it was. So many bubble tea places are either too cramped or too loud, but WuCha struck the perfect balance. Whether you’re looking for a casual hangout or a place to get some work done over a good drink, this place has you covered. All in all, we went in just hoping for something open—but we left feeling like we’d found a new favorite. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors and soak in that chill vibe again. Highly recommend WuCha if you’re after quality bubble tea and a great environment to go with it!

Tonight I tried getting some tea for me and my friend at this place, and was met with one of the rudest customer service I’ve ever had here in Auckland. Before even ordering, I was explaining to my friends what drink I previously had from WuCha in botany junction that I recommend, and the lady at the counter would already shout that they don’t have it without even greeting me. I didn’t mind at first but when I try to order another drink, she straight away shout no to my face. I know today might’ve been busy today or she might be going through something but I do think the company should still keep a professional attitude at work. I told the lady that we won’t order anymore, and that she didn’t have to be so rude. There are 4 other tea place in Meadowland area, I recommend to go to those instead. Quite disappointed as I’m extremely a fan of this place. If you still want Wucha, highly recommend the botany junction one around 15 minutes drive from there, their service is really good.

So hard to communicate with the lady at the counter also the servers are not very nice.. Drink is average and pricey, but pretty to look at though!

tried out 2 from their newest line... like the cake topping better over the pudding soy milk, it's silky and not too sweet

Drinks are well made and well priced. Never had any issues and always found my orders correct even if I ask for things like less sugar, no ice or extra topping. Good buzzer/paging system in place to notify you when your order is ready, allowing you to browse other places in the area. Premises is clean and tidy with seats for small or large groups by moving the tables around, or there is a bench with stools or standing options. The only critique I can offer is that staff be more friendly and welcoming. Only a handful of times have I seen someone smile. On most visits - it's almost as if they're not interested in being there. Also, the large plastic sheet covering the register area where you order is ridiculous as sometimes the staff or the customer have to repeat themselves multiple times due to the sound being blocked. Even then - the staff give you the drinks in hand so kind of defeats the purpose of having the massive sheet there? Still will recommend this place and continue to visit.

Service is good. But it's too sweet even I ordered no sugar green tea! I opened the lid and found it was not made of real tea but tea powder!!! And it cost me over 10 dollars!! Just had a sip and threw the whole cup of drink away. Thanks for letting me know how much I could save from not buying real tea.
