   I ordered an oat latte because I have lactose allergy. I could see the girl making my coffee as I was standing by the door. She ran out of oat milk and she decided to add dairy milk to my coffee. When I asked if she added any other milk she just repeated oat milk. I walked away and wasted $7 on something I couldn’t even drink. I used to love this spot but never going back again now.

   Coffee and food is good, But twice, the same staff member kept messing up my order. We ordered an iced Americano and a flat white with trim milk, but both times it was wrong thing, which was quite frustrating. Also, no one was clearing the tables, and I even heard the customers next to us complaining about it.”

   I love their coffee menu, they do all sorts of different coffees. It feels like I’m in a cafe overseas. Service isn’t very good, and hopefully will be improved. Coffees take quite a while to be delivered. Scones are yummy, that’s the only food I’ve tried.

   Tucked away in the corner of the lower floor in the new half of Westfield, L’americano is a perfect spot for your next brunch or coffee date. There is plenty to choose from in the cabinet and a simple but elegant menu. Coffee is strong (woke me up) but doesn’t leave a bitter after taste like some places do. I love the boats all over the wall. Highly recommend the scrambled eggs with salmon.

   I had really offended feeling at this place today. I was out for lunch break with a famliy, One of staff member who's name is Kitty came to us and she was nearly forcing to us to sit where she pointing it. Also she was quite intense and rude, wasn't feel warm and welcome so we decided not to have a lunch there, just had a coffee. I was very surprised by her behavior and angry expression was very unpleasant. I’ve had a few servers in the past who I thought were useless, or rude, and I normally just let it go. I just don’t tip them but this unfriendly lady made our lunch break unpleasant. Never want to go there again.

   I had a nice lunch here, with a tasty plate of gnocchi and a decent cuppa cappuccino. The decor felt rather sophisticated and I liked that it opens up to the furniture shop. It’s a relaxing place for a quick bite to eat.

   Came in breakfast time on my own, on my request the kind hostess let me ordering my favorite salad for my breakfast. Yummy as always. I have finished it to the last bit. The piccolo coffee here is also recommended. I thank the chef, hostess and staff with their high standard professionalism. Thinking of bringing my family in in the future. Well done Team.

   L'Americano Espresso Bar is amazing! They offered the best coffee, food, pastries.. Staff are highly capable, showing all time to their customers positive attention. The atmosphere of this cafe is so relaxing. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Cafe manger is very Classy & Respectful, and making all Customers Feel Valued. I felt appreciated the second I stepped in. Well done, guys! Keep making great coffee and pastries.

   Nice tiny cafe right next to coco republic. The coffee was great (they have a nice coffee machine with a screen - seems hi tech) and the food from the cabinet was also delicious. Highly recommend the carrot cake!! the lady at the till was really nice. Would recommend!
