   Great coffee, but the food had a bit of an old-spinach smell. I mentioned it to the staff member, but he responded with attitude and said it was “freshly made yesterday.” When I said I didn’t feel comfortable eating it, he reacted aggressively, saying “it’s up to you,” and took the plate away. Overall, the customer service definitely needs improvement.

   Creme brulee is really nice !! I do really love it !! Service can be improve. I do understand that this is a busy branch due to the fact that they are in the middle of the mall. There are sits available.

   Ben and Nina provide all you need to enjoy a satisfying coffee break. Nothing is too much trouble and this is the only place you can enjoy a "dry" cappuccino in Auckland. Keep it up Ben and Nina.

   First time ... and last time at Gloria Jeans. Terrible dry date scone served with margarine. Asked for it toasted, I think it was warmed up. Average coffee.

   My coffee was served fast and was lovely. I ordered a trim flat white, along with a slice of peach/passionfruit cheesecake. The cheesecake wasn't as nice. It was a bit rubbery and had little flavour and barely a smudge of a topping.
