   Food ok. The cashier quite nice, but service lady was horrible, so rude and not willing to service, she actually dumped the plate and cutery to our table, chair was dirty, I will not come again.

   0/10 experience, we missed the sign that said no outside food or drink and rather then explaining it in a calm matter the owner/manager named Ming proceeded to blast us in front of the entire restaurant as we were about to order. This was a terrible experience and we have never felt so embarrassed. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouth and we will never be coming back.. the mismanagement of this place is shocking and we hope that customer service gets better…

   I had this dish at your Botany branch today. The bacon was salty, which is understandable. The sauce on top was also very salty, but when I mentioned this to the staff, they told me it wasn’t a problem and said no other customers had complained. They even said they would show me data to prove how well it’s selling. I told them that the dish was so salty I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t ask for a refund, and I had already eaten half of it. I think it would be better to ask customers if they’d like the dish remade without sauce, rather than suggesting that it’s the customer's issue. Shouldn’t employee training be improved?

   New Menu!? Staff were friendly, can get very busy though. You have to order from the counter when sitting outside or so i thought. They won't notice you. Waited more than 20minutes. Outside Dining Area has nice view. Pet friendly. Ordered Chicken Ceasar's Salad and tried their new Crispy Prawn Taco - taco aren't crispy, just the breaded prawns. Really not bad, dip for their chips is something news to me. My wife enjoyed her caramel latte!
