   12/12/25 Have changed my rating to this place. It's a bit disappointing. We (my friends and I) go here every Friday for the past year. Some of us have the VIP membership. They're usually good with time as we only have half an hour break. Even with special orders for food to be made we are usually left with time TO eat and chat. Lately the service has been quite slow we've noticed. They have new trainers at such a busy season there was always something missing or mis understood which is usual for newbees. But this is such a busy cafe they need hands on experienced people. They let go of the ONE PERSON they had that was quick and spoke good English. The waiting in line took a while and THEN waiting for food it took up our whole break. I could say that with ALL our visits here even on busy holidays and dates we've NEVER experienced this. The disappointments started when they fired the waiter that knew how to keep the customers calm and steady even on a busy day. Not saying that no one can't improve. Yet at such a busy time it is needful to have people who can cater to it's customers which majority are working people around their cafe. The food it good. But service like this makes people not even care about the food. For that. This is my overall experience lately.

   Please don't let your new staff or inexperienced barista make coffees. All of our coffees tasted like watered down shots, not worth the price that we paid. Coffee was near to cold! And how would you like to drink in this lid? This café was our favourite place, it's evident the quality went down!

   I dined alone and stopped in for breakfast while searching for a gift. I had the TCC big breakfast and was happy with the size and quality. Washed it down with a nice flat white coffee. Overall very good.

   For my husband, daughter, and myself, The Coffee Club Manukau is the perfect, easy-access date location. The playground directly in front of the cafe is a huge plus, making it super family-friendly. We always enjoy dining in because the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and safe. The coffee is a hit with us, but as someone who loves unsweetened matcha, I found theirs a bit too sweet for my taste. However, the overall ambiance and convenience make it a wonderful place to visit.

   Ordered Cheese cake and Vegan dish, Cheese cake tasted like gelatine that had been left over from a day before. They have Vegan deep fried option but cooked in the same cooking oil with meat and fish. It was not worth it Services was ok , friendly enough Coffee was nice .

   Coffees were like the ones you get from an espresso machine .. Paid $13 for Scambled eggs and toast ... Paid $18 for Poached eggs and extra avocado and this us what I got, they told me they cant do poached eggs NO WORDS!! So I had to pick fried or scambled???? Eggs are cold, got chips paid for extra aioli and they didnt even give that .. Yeh would never come here again

   Lovely Staff, beautiful food. We’ve been there quite a few times in the last few weeks. The cheese scones are amazing - mother and I always have one, and gasp in delight every time. Restrooms are located next door down the hall.
