   Terrible experience. Ordered a flat white and decaf capachino. Was told 10 minutes later that they did not have any decaf coffee. The manager could not sort out an electronic refund. He then became very rude and condescending before telling myself and my partner that he had decaf coffee beans all along and to sit down and he'd make our coffee. We got a cash refund and left. We won't go back.

   the brothers that have this store and there staff have always been friendly and respectful to me and my family and friends. i am very impressed on how they interact with there customers with a smile always taking time to have a chat when not busy. i only wish there there was more business have the same attitude like these boys have . i was so impressed that i even got my daughter to bake them a cake for them to share with there staff and family

   bought a deal today coffee with muffin for $9.00 coffee was so cold felt it was mixed in tap water yuck not with the hot water, told the attendant the girl and the man on the counter, no respond, I was a customer of muffin break was always having coffee and something to eat when going to Sylvia Park will never return bad experience bad customer service, I am very disappointed about it

   been to this place from time to time. in general, the service is average. This afternoon i been there to get take away coffee, waited for 20 minutes while there were only other two customers there. I checked with the staff whether my coffee was ready. he pointed to the coffee which left at the counter and said, ' my job here is not to look for you' and then shouted to me, '' do not come back'. he is so rude. terrible customer service, unbelievable. will never return

   Back again after 3 months. The food selection was great again and the Tea and Hot Chocolate were very nice. The small milk container / jug did not have spout which seemed unusual to be able to pour from. The Muffin Break team seen to be working very hard to provide excellent service still. (3 mònths ago) Dropped in for a nice coffee and a muffin. Time to relax after a busy morning, which was helped by the pleasant staff who served us. Together with the great food selection and the Muffin Break loyalty card it's a nice place to relax before joining the road traffic to.journey home. Will continue to support Muffin Break.

   We are regularly buying coffee from here but this time round the coffee didn’t taste right so naturally we took it back to let them know. Instead of just making another one the manager decided to laugh at the prospect that the coffee tasted off! Poor service and very disappointing customer experience. Won’t be visiting this place again.

   Thursday morning I was searching an idea for the office morning tea. After contacting the Sylvia Park Muffin Break team they were very quick to confirm they could deliver the following day at 10am, providing quote and payment details. Right on 10am on Friday they were hand delivered to the office and quickly enjoyed by the team with many compliments by the staff. Well done and thank you!
