βRefreshingly good customer service from a New Zealand company. And you would think I would have to pay a premium for this, but in fact all three car insurances were lower than State's. I appreciate nothing more than sitting down during work hours, thinking I am going to be in for 15min of being put on hold, and finding I am speaking to a polite, helpful and knowledgeable customers service rep. βI had the pleasure of having Katie as my.. nurse practitioner? Apologies if I got that wrong as I was very nervous on the day. She was very kind and accommodating. My partner and I had agreed that her customer service and care is very good. She asked a very important question for all ladies at the start of the appointment and I am fortunate enough to be safe from it but I do appreciate they are taking precautions. I hope itβs a protocol that the clinic has so that all ladies feel like theyβre with guardian angels. Anyways, Katie was lovely and I definitely left the premises happy and well informed.β
