   Was advised that it would take 5 to 8 weeks. It took 18 weeks. Came in at 12 to collect today. There is only one person working. Not sure if you aware, but parking is expensive. Also no signage for where collections is so everyone just waiting here clueless. For the price we pay, one would expect better service and more structure

   Previous location which is showing on map not correct. It is located on same street but building is Huawei Centre 100 meters away. But opposite side. VFS timing is important.So be careful.

   This was hands down the customer service experience I’ve ever come across. I’ve never seen a system so broke and staff so indifferent especially the guy at the reception admin who gives out token - def needs some training! If I could give zero stars, I w’d! For a global service this is unacceptable!

   Smooth service. Make sure you make appointment online. The address on google map seems to be incorrect, it should be located in Huawei Centre: Level 18/120 Albert Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand

   I needed to get my biometrics appointment done for my UK visa and there were never any appointments available. There is no contact number or email available to organise anything. I contacted VFS Global on Facebook who said they have no control over these appointments. If this is the case, direct us to someone who does have control over these. I’ve had to book an appointment all the way in Wellington due to lack of availability. This needs to be made way less difficult than what it is.

   Hi there, I'm trying to make an appointment with the Auckland office to do a biometric scan for my mothers Australia visa but not having any luck. The website is rejecting my email address, which I use every day, and phone number is giving me nonsense options. I've sent you a message via Facebook and thought I'll leave a message on here as well. Thank you for any help you can provide.

   I went here for Boimetric. Execlence service. I parked at Willson Parking Finance center $15 for early bird. And walked 1 min across the road to hexa building shape. Finished within 1 hour.

   Showed up 30 mins early for my appointment, was given a number, 15. Have been waiting now for one hour, 30 minutes past my appointment time, and they are just now serving 12. Why do I have an appointment if you’re not going to honor that time and make me wait in a cue… can’t imagine what would have happened if I had only shown up on time and not early.
