   Have been looking for a new GP and phoned up the clinic to ask about non-enrolled patient prices as per their website. Receptionist was very unprofessional "We don't even see casual patients actually so bye" and hung up before I could get another word in. I'm sure they are busy but I feel like that could have been handled a lot better.

   We are asked to wait anywhere between 40 minutes to an hour after our booked time. This happens every single time without fail. I've been coming here for two years with mental health clients and still, the wait time never changes. Even when we call ahead to enquire the waiting time, we are asked to come on time and end up waiting. This is not acceptable when you have clients with high and complex needs. This rating only applies to a particular doctor there. Everyone else provides good service. Unfortunately we don't have the option to change our client's doctor.

   My husband went to the doctor with flu and chest infection. He was so worried about covid that he only gave him paracetamol and ibuprofen. Now he is so much worse. What are we actually paying for???

   Been here for 21 years, I have never had such a better team of doctors looking after me and my children. Dr William Ferguson is simply the best, but he manages to find excellent doctors to work with him in his practice. The nurses and receptionists are lovely too, Tara being my favourite receptionist. Highly recommend. I was recommended William by my sister in-law and she was spot on her words were " you will never find a better doctor than William !" She has shifted to whangarei and still drives back to Auckland for her favourite doctor !!!

   Friendly and helpful staff and a good team of capable doctors. It can be busy at times and if your appointment is later in the delay you can sometimes expect a good wait. This is often because many of the doctors actually take the time to talk to you, rather than spent 5 minutes and push you out the door. Ultimately when there is a wait it's worth it as you know you'll get quality time with your doctor.

   I suffered anxiety for three years following what was originally diagnosed as a stroke. My old doctor just kept doping me up and got me addicted to lorazepam On the recommendation of a friend I signed up with these guys and am now cured, drug-free and it turns out I didn't have a stroke after all. Simply the best doctors you will ever find!
