Horrible customer service. Gave us the wrong address, then after dropping our washing machine across the road, after giving us the wrong address, Roland Qian the business owner wanted us to drive all the way back and carry it literally across the road. We told him we live on the otherside of Auckland and if he could please retrieve it. He did not for 3 days, within this time, our washing machine was left unattended and the leads were cut. He told us this, and said he could not fix it, I kindly approached the situation and said i was not happy with the service or professionalism, then he said if we did not come back to get it by the next day he was going to call the scrap metal truck to come collect. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Made arrangements to look at my front load washing machine and he came over the next day. Spent just over half hr to replace the belt and a wire. He's down in my address book for my regular appliance man now, I'm so happy with the professional polite service.
Great, efficient, reasonably priced and friendly service from this tradesperson. My dishwasher stopped working on a Saturday and Roland came the same day and diagnosed the problem. I thought I might get a new one but changed my mind and after the weekend called him again. He came the next morning and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. The dishwasher is now working like new.
Very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service in our local area. Also a very nice person to deal with, especially as I had to change the arrangement twice, (sorry about that!). Have used this service twice now, for an oven and just recently for a washing machine-both times totally fixed our broken appliances with no further issues. Would highly recommend.
