Honestly not the best customer service experience will not be going back again, we spend over $6000 on flights but she was more in hurry to go for lunch then explaining everything. When I went to pick up the tickets she confronted me about why Iβm leaving her bad review, I told her it was because of my experience and I wonβt be coming back. she said donβt come back! This place has zero knowledge and zero customer service, Never going back I recommend you donβt.

Very bad experience, unreliable service. Unwilling to resolve issues and answer queries. I would not recommend these travel agents to anyone. Nidhi has pathetic customer dealing. She doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Not responding for messages and phone calls. Whoever the owner this place just do refresher to your staff... teach them meaning of customer service and how to run and grow the business...

My experience with the travelling agency, Travel Point, was a very bad one. They were recommended to me by a couple of friends. I contacted their representative back in winter of 2017 to book seats from Christchurch to Islamabad for my wife and kids. The response was a bit slow, but, still they got back to me at their earliest. After we agreed on the cost of travel, the representative sent me two separate tickets; one was for my wife and the other was for my kids. I was a bit confused, and I asked her, why have they sent me two different tickets with different reference numbers. In response the representative told me that it's fine and I don't have to worry. When I checked the tickets again, I found out that the return flight was from Dubai to Auckland rather than Dubai to Christchurch, I called the representative again and clarified to her that that the return destination is Christchurch and not Auckland. Despite the fact that i had reiterated the destination in multiple emails and telephonic conversation, only my wife's ticket was updated. When thr representative changed it, I was asked to check if it's alright and unfortunately I only opened pdf copy of my wife's ticket on my phone, and sent her the approval. It was 4 days before the trip that we discovered the mistake and I immediately called the representative and asked her that how could she put my 2 minor children on a separate flight without my approval and in the absence of a chaperone? The representative blamed me for the negligence, which shocked me because i had placed the trip planning and booking in their hands, due to my lack of experience. At that point they said that they will fix it later but an extra expense was imposed on me for the re-booking. My wife and children were not given adjacent seats and were not given the same room at the airport hotel during layover. Not only did this cause problems for them but placed additional stress on me too. After my persistence, Travel Point did change the children's flight but put the burden of additional charges (50%) on me, blaming me for not pointing out their mistake earlier. And after adjusting my children's flight with my wife, the agency omitted to include the minimum baggage with their ticket. They generated the tickets again. But, this time too my kids were seated separately from my wife, even though she requested the airlines multiple time. Thanks to the people sitting with my children, they were kind enough to swap seats with my wife. This was the last straw...I wasted a lot of money and time in the planning of this trip and now I lost my patience with such below par services of an "acclaimed" agency. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
