   I would leave no stars if I could. 7 months ago my son was referred here. On our 1st appointment after leaving, Dr Chan rang me & said in a very aggressive tone that my son had damaged and graffitied his desk. Apon inspection it was 2 little indent scratch marks on the plastic covering. He was rude, showed no compassion & was condescending toward my son after he was diagnosed at 16 with a prolapsed disk and will have to live in pain for the rest of his life or until he’s old enough to have back surgery. I have been calling and emailing to follow up the lack of information provided to acc resulting in them declining his cortisone injections & to no avail have I had a response or reply in 3 months.

   From the receptionists to Dr. Albert Yoon, everyone was warm and accommodating. While waiting to be called, I noticed how kindly the receptionists spoke to each patient. Dr. Yoon is highly skilled and addressed my concerns with my hand and thumb effectively. Wishing the team continued success in bringing ease and comfort to all your patients. Thank you!

   I had an accident end of 2021 and both my thumbs were crushed and severely cut. My right thumb was broken and had cuts to bone both sides. From the time I met Albert Yoon at North Shore Hospital for the operation and the hospital staff there I felt at ease. Albert managed to pin and screw my thumb back together and although it is still healing it is getting better. Albert along with his P.A. Shelley were outstanding to deal with, a great deal of care and great personal interactions through the aftercare service made the aftermath of the accident an amazing experience. Thankyou Albert I really appreciate all your help and expertise.

   To the secretary of Mr Clayton Chan, who’s on the phone loudly gossiping and insulting about customers she encounters, calling them F & B several times. This is VERY unprofessional. Especially when there are many of us clients sitting close by and hearing everything you say. Even if we weren’t here. Your actions and language are unacceptable. If you don’t like your job or can’t handle this then maybe find something else to do?
