The staff (especially the young pharmacist, he is great) are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and seemingly go out of their way to make sure you have the right advice, without trying to sell anything extra or unnecessary… thank you for your great customer service

   I had a very disappointing experience with Unichem Pharmacy in Silverdale Mall. I took a script for a liquid form of medication, for my dad on the 15th of December but asked to hold the prescription until we needed it the following week. On the 24th, I called to request the medication, as we had run out. They told me it wouldn’t be ready until the 26th, citing that it takes too long to prepare. Despite explaining thar my dad needed the medication on that day, they refused to expedite the process or offer any solution. I was left feeling frustrated, especially since this situation could have been avoided with better communication or a willingness to prioritize an urgent need. Thankfully, I contacted Unichem Weiti Pharmacy, who assured me the solution was straightforward to prepare and promptly assisted us. I hope Unichem Pharmacy in Silverdale Mall takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

   Poor service, I would not recommend. People at the counter are very rude and refused to prescribe my medication because there was a few minutes left. I am really mad, the store should be shut down if they refuse to do their job properly. In these times of covid we should have helpful people at the counter not ignorant people who only care about their working hours.

   I walk into the pharmacy this morning @8h30 - 23rd Oct 2020, the lady at the counter doesnt believe in greeting her customers. A very unfriendly atmosphere like shes doing you a favour, after you pay, your item just gets thrown in front of you, no packet offered, no thank you, nothing. One of the worst pharmacies ive visited when it comes to client service.
