Terrible! Doors salesman was super insensitive cracking a joke that because my husband had a cast on his arm, that he "had been hitting his wife" (I (the wife) was sitting in the background since my husband answered the door). This is NOT OK! Joking about domestic violence against women? No funny at all. He then proceeded to ask unrelated and personal questions. A very frustrating experience. Why would anyone want to switch insurance providers with this company? Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Also he's a liar - that was not a french accent, wanting empathy for his "lack of English"? His English was fine.
If you’re gonna have door-to-door salesman. Make sure they keep their distance and wear a mask and they can remove it before doing so. This are tough times and your salesperson would be spreading covid by going from house to house without a mask. Be more safety conscious!!! 1/10
I had a very disturbing incident with one of their door-to-door sales agent. He kept cutting me off, didn't attempt to understand my needs for the services this company was providing, and made racist remakes at me as he was leaving. This really angered me and shocked me. I hope he hasn't been going around and disturbing my neighbourhood going door to door WITHOUT a mask on and making racial comments and saying inappropriate comments. If a man like this represents this insurance company, I don't know if I would consider doing business with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
