   The staff are instructed that they cannot process refunds, even if a customer has just paid and has not yet left the counter. This was for a skincare product, not a prescription medicine, supplement, or food item. Enforcing a blanket 'no refund' policy is a directive from Life Pharmacy's head office (advised by staff), which clearly misrepresents and contravenes consumers' rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This constitutes a breach of Section 21 of the Fair Trading Act 1986. I should not have to debate legal statutes to receive a basic right. Although the staff member eventually managed to process a cash refund, obtaining this resolution required an unreasonable amount of effort. This process was incredibly time-consuming and frustrating for me, and undoubtedly stressful for the staff member involved.

   Terrible service, when I walked into the store a lady worker asked if I needed any help I politely said no thanks just looking, I immediately got stared at from this lady worker and she started following me everywhere I went and staring at me, next thing I see two security guards outside waiting while staring at me, and then another worker who was a guy came to her and she said “ i don’t know what she is doing!” They both kept on staring at me and I felt extremely uncomfortable and didn’t enjoy my experience there. All I was trying to do was to look for perfumes for a gift and I felt like I was being treated as a thief or stealing something?? So rude and mean won’t be coming back

   As soon as my sister and I entered the store, two employees gave each other a “look” and immediately began following us. We felt cornered right from the start, and their behavior made us extremely uncomfortable. We started browsing, first smelling perfumes while looking for a gift, then moving on to skincare. The entire time, we were closely followed at a short distance while the employees kept exchanging looks. Then, a security guard suddenly appeared. At that point, we decided to pay for what we had gathered so far and go to the chemist warehouse. The whole experience was disappointing and left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. edit: I’ve been in contact with the owner and received a thorough apology. Have increased star accordingly

   The ladies at the makeup counter are amazing! I used Clinique as it's a brand that works for me and they found the right combinations. They helped me to get the right look for my sons wedding and spent time over 2 Saturdays advising and doing my make up! A big shout out to Radosh! Thank you!

   Horrible experience. Terrible access for a disabled person for a start. Went there for an emergency prescription for 2 pills as my usual pharmacy was closed (Sunday and next day Public Holiday) and couldn't pick my new script. Was told I couldn't 'prove' I actually take that medication and refused me.Really stupid and rude pharmacist. Triggered my C-PTSD and left in floods of tears. I'd give no stars if i could. Rang another pharmacy who said yes, no problem. They looked me up on the computer system and saw my prescription was awaiting collection at my usual pharmacy and dispensed me 2 pills.

   Life in Shore City is what I would consider my local pharmacy and my 'go-to' for cologne. I rarely ask for help and have no medical issues so I am usually like a ghost; in & out, pick up what I need and no one even has time to understand I have come and gone. Saturday, I needed a blood pressure check because my Dr's office messed up the one done for a physical on Friday. The Chemist, a personable yet professional gentleman looked after me. He is Persian, so well mannered and so polite it was almost a shock. The test was done on the spot and at no charge; who charges nothing for a service here in Auckland? This Pharmacy and retail store are a delight anyway but I think they are even more delightful after how well I was looked after on Saturday morning.

   My experience here is so so .. Almost 9 person working there and I got served after 3 minutes,, BUT NOTICE NO ONE INSIDE THE PHARMACY.. so at least say morning we are busy .. Anyway then I got my booster and the nurse for my opinion was not very confident with needle ... so I got hurt ..
