   Even After many phone calls they still on there website say "Link your Bank Accounts" but fail to meantion that you need to have the account linked to your personal account and they use a third party service, not to meantion there CEO once sent a email to showing every customers email shown in the TO field. if you care about cybersecurity stay away. because they don't. EDIT: recently they have been promoting AI intergration something I didnt get a notification about. My pervious point about cybersecurity stands and they still havent updated there marketing that they use a third party service and require your personal and buisness accounts linked on a persoanal banking app.

   My experience with Afirmo has been underwhelming. While the team was responsive and attentive before and shortly after sign-up, that level of service quickly disappeared. Support is poor - messages often go unanswered, and it takes multiple follow-ups to receive a brief, unhelpful reply. It gives the impression that your concerns are not a priority. The software interface is clean and easy to navigate for basic tasks, but it lacks the depth needed for anything beyond that. As others have pointed out, the platform is not endorsed by banks or chartered accountants, which raises concerns. Despite marketing itself as an “all-in-one” solution offering both software and accounting support, Afirmo delivers both at a mediocre level. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking professional-grade service or reliable financial support. I wish Afirmo the best and hopefully this message will serve as a boost towards a more refined product and customer support.

   I found Afirmo by chance when I was searching for useful tools for my new small business. I decided to give them a go and so far I am not disapppointed. I am a sole trader, and Afirmo has all my income and expenditure in one place, I can issue invoices, keep track of my tax and more. The standout for these guys though is the customer service. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for a reply and they always have a resolution, as well as being super friendly. Thanks so much team!
