   I strongly warn anyone considering the Public Trust: DO NOT USE THEIR services. They have shown complete incompetence and disregard in managing my late mother’s estate. Over four years, at least five case managers handled the matter, none taking responsibility for major mistakes. Non-beneficiaries were allowed to remove personal items, jewellery went "missing" and Public Trust did nothing. Their communication is dismissive, their processes disorganised, and their accountability nonexistent. Do your homework and read reviews.

   My partner and l went to make our first Wills as nervous as l was this experience was made to be easier than l expected due to the wonderful staff member we had and her easy going nature plus her professional knowledge. Would recommend Public Trust, Highbrook to anybody needing to make a Will. Cheaper than a solicitor also.

   Should be a zero star option. Beware!!! Public Trust offers free Wills for life insurance plans with many Insurance providers on the Life Direct website. Public Trust might offer free now, but rip you off later. When it's time for your Will to be executed, you might receive ridiculous amounts of billing which comes out of your estate, or charged to your family before realeasing things to your benefactors. I know from experience! My relative passed, leaving behind one asset to the living benefactor, simple enough. Yet Public Trust racked up thousands upon thousands of charges by delaying transfer to benefactor over 2 years, and benefactor had to scramble the money and borrow in order to pay the bill before receiving their dead relatives asset. Over 2 years, caused much suffering and stress. Hence, Beware of their Free Will offer advertised on Life Direct. Free now, rip off later.

   Very poor. They have interim care of my money about two thousand dollars. It is Christmas and they won't give me any money.i have been in hospital since 22 July and can't leave yet. I have suffered two head assaults and two MRI scan.The public Trust gives me a whole one hundred dollars from my weekly benefit. I will never trust them.

   I would never wish that anyone has to go through dealing with this company like I did.... felt like daylight robbery ! If I could... the star rating would be a 0 they dragged me through hell and back... Please if your elderly loved ones are dealing with them... get them out as soon as possible while it is still possible. Also you are always dealing with so many different people at this place it's insane !
