Worst customer service and pushy sales people. They won't tell you the broker fees in advance. After credit check and everything you will see around $1000 added to your loan contract.
In my experience, the communication from this company was poor. There was no notification sent to me approving or declining my application. After almost 3 weeks wait I contacted them myself. Their response started with "I'm not sure if you received my last email to you.." If I HAD, do you think I would be making contact now? How about you go check your sent messages and resend the email you claim to have sent me. Oh that's right - there isn't one! I checked all my folders - there was nothing from you. So thanks for your slack customer service and lack of communication. My son applied for a loan from you too the day before me and is STILL waiting .. yep you guys are hopeless
