First time dealing with a company as bad as Crayford Freight Services NZ, the worst customer service imaginable, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and it seems to stem from the same person thats being mentioned in other reviews 'Latty Lin', One simple question asked about the process of my shipment coming in would have fixed our problems, but all these guys want is the money. Absolutely appalling to deal with these guys.

Agree with the other reviewer, worst customer service I've ever received and so slow. Mucked us around for weeks. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
