   Incompetent staff! I was previously given antibiotic eye drops by a staff member to successfully treat acute conjunctivitis. I returned tonight as I have conjunctivitis again and they would not give them to me as I wear contact lenses, which I was asked last time. Ensure your staff are competent in what they are doing to avoid wasting people’s time!

   Worst uncaring service Ive ever heard of from a pharmacy!!! Good luck if you need something urgently. My daughter had a phone consultation with a young girl at the pharmacy as she had a UTI (the pain is very uncomfortable as you know) I drove 45 minutes from Warkworth to pick antibiotics up for her as she is alone with four young children, the pharmacist REFUSED to give her and she suggested she go to the doctor or call an ambulance at 8pm at night, symptoms were very standard like every other UTI shed had over the years and had obtained antibiotics for from a pharmacy. My daughter is a single mom with four kids. Im just so absolutely disgusted in the service.My daughter said she felt like she was talking to a computer completely cold and unsympathetic.What a disgrace to the NZ healthcare system!

   Rude, unprofessional, not interested. Pretty much had to stand on the counter to get help. When you’re at your worst you expect them to be at their best & caring but no chance!!! Like the other 1 star reviews I bet the owner won’t say sorry, won’t read the review properly but just state some useless fact. Healthcare Pharmacy Rosedale is open everyday of the year & they’re super helpful, friendly & take the time to listen to the customer! They also don’t jam you up with surcharges on public holiday like these guy but I guess the owners Porsche needs updating so that’s why they charge for everything. Wouldn’t be surprised if they started to charge an entry fee to burn us more! Ok I’m ready for some pointless fact from the owner now…..

   Lady on call was unprofessional. Sounded uninterested and annoyed over one simple question of asking if the pharmacy offered free prescriptions. Received no polite response. Any person dealing with public should be skilled with communication and avoid spoiling someone else's day just because they are unskilled. I wasn’t able to get the name but the unkind communication occurred around 10pm on 1st of January, 2025. Only reason to make the review is to at least get the pharmacy superiors to get the worker trained into better customer service to avoid them spoiling normal peoples day who just intend to get information.

   We got my son’s cream this pharmacy and that was expired and likely my husband checked the dates was expired what the heck and that was so fast to give to us and my husband call them and they said only last one have left in a store Thank you

   I had the most bizarre experience here today, arrived to grab a couple of things, walked in and was left without being acknowledged for 5 minutes while standing at make shift counter while the pharmacists worked away. Not the first time the staff have been short and rude, perhaps related to workforce shortages but a simple “hello” or “we’ll be with you in a moment” wouldn’t go astray. I had to move to the front of the store to get any attention.

   RE LATE AFTER HOURS SURCHARGE. WARNING. I don't have any issues with the staff and they all seem lovely. I've been here many a time. No qualms. I am also not a regular reviewer but when I come to pick up a prescription after my partners surgery during opening hours and am told that there will be an $8 SURCHARGE on every item, including paracetamol, plus the fact that the surcharges will cost more than the 4 items themselves, something has to give when it comes to greed and price gouging. This is to increase awareness and to hopefully prompt a reversal of this policy. I ended up going to Glenfield. Seemed much more sensible.
