Traumatic experience dealing with Kinghams and Lou and Co,Loads of errors in GST and virtually no constructive advice and very expensive service which was well below par for an accounting service. Definitely would not recommend
Disorganised, long delays and also lost our accounting folder, very upset.
It is very irresponsible firm. I have submitted my documents in June and took them more than 3 month to process my tax return file. In July when I contacted them they claimed there are major issue with IRD and there would be delay in processing my file. In late Sep I finally received the file to sign off and send to IRD. In Oct I received a letter from IRD claiming due to late submission I have to pay $250 penalty and this firm does accept any responsibility for their delay. I was working with this company for 5 years. With new management and poor performance I will stop my business with them.
