βI understand what people say about the White Cross Northmed receptionists, but personally, Iβve had nothing but good experiences with them so far. It takes a little time to build that connection, but once you do, thereβs friendly banter and lighthearted jokes that make visits more enjoyable. The real gem of this clinic though is Dr. Yulia. She gives her absolute 100% every time, going above and beyond as a GP. She listens, she cares, and she makes you feel truly seen and heard. This kind of GP doesnβt come around often, so sheβs someone worth appreciating!β

βGot a newbie supplier from China, causing us desperate for the packages to be delivered on time. Until we found them couriered by Freightways Global (or First Global Logistics). 2 days later, we got the packages on hand with every progress update properly communicated. The guy's name was Johan by the way.β

βDr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.β

βAll staff there are so friendly and welcoming. The after hours doctors and nurses do and amazing job and are so kind. The doctors themselves are great I have seen 2 different doctors now and each time I have felt listened to and had my questions answered. 10/10 Itβs always an enjoyable experience when I go thereβ
