Shopped at New Market a few times, most recently Aria helped me and was excellent, really helpful with sizes. I would recommend this store and clothes - good quality on both accounts. Thank you”

“I don’t know his name but the store assistant working in the Queen Street location was my life saver today. He noticed as soon as I entered the store the heavy textbooks I was carrying and straight away offered me a bag to put them in, he has a hilarious humor too!! He was so helpful with finding the right shoe size for me, I went into Hype to buy a new pair of shoes as the boots I was wearing were giving me real bad blisters. He was so patient with me and super understanding. He’s a real superstar! I hope he gets promoted to a higher position, he deserves it!! More than customer service, he is genuinely just a sweet human being :) Thank you to him!!”

“I came into your store today with a voucher my son had received through doing some work for SAS. The voucher did not work online so I decided to try my luck in-store with the voucher. I explained the situation to the lady who was working. Right off the bat she was amazing and accommodating. She was also the only worker on and she had other customers in the store who she also needed to tend to but she quickly assured me that this would not be an issue and she would sort this out for me and was super helpful from start to end. I didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely lovely. Thank you for your amazing customer service I will definitely be back again. :)”

“Customer service has really been below average in most places, but not Kookai Sylvia Park. Genuinely the team were exceptional and it’s been a month since I visited (12th October) and I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed. I was greeted when I walked in, they gave me a hand finding styles and sizes, when I was in the fitting rooms they were so helpful with recommendations. They weren’t overly pushy and still gave me space as a shopper. 10/10”

“I've found my experience to be nothing short of exemplary from KW Ponsonby. Not only are their staff incredibly helpful and kind, their service is second to none. I had a very old heirloom from KW jewellery that frankly I was nervous even to ask about enquiring to have repaired (damage to it was entirely my fault and nothing to do with the craftsmanship). Not only was I treated exactly the same way as someone looking to make a new purchase with the same level of follow through and importance, but the price point for the repair was less than half of what I'd been quoted to have it repaired by two other jewelers. Would highly recommend and will absolutely keep purchasing through them. Thanks guys xx”

“Recently had my first time shopping at Tatty's and as a local I can't believe what I've been missing out on! Beautiful second-hand clothing, great atmosphere and the staff are superstars. I came in looking for an outfit that for an event I am attending this weekend and I was provided with such outstanding customer service. I forgot to ask her name but the young lady with the facial piercings helped me find some absolutely stunning options, the store was quite busy and I was extremely grateful that she took the time to give me a hand and provide such lovely conversation. “Note that all the bad reviews seem to be really old :) I had an awesome experience in store today. I'm autistic, and find the mall to be super stressful and overwhelming. Max was by far the most chill shop I went into - the layout is spacious and easy to navigate, quiet music, beautiful products, great sale prices. The lady at the counter was so helpful and friendly too, without being in your face about it. 10/10 recommend shopping here!”

“Finding nice, affordable plus-size clothing in New Zealand is a bit of a nightmare, but thank goodness for this shop! The shop assistants are always friendly and helpful, and they have genuinely nice clothes for those with curves. I had such a great time here over the weekend - what a superb sale! I went today to look for a blouse the beautiful ladies went above and beyond to help me out. They also did blouse alterations for free where as other shops charge extras for alterations.
