   All the items is good, except of there servers if something happen like this, i pay using my eftpos.. but they eftpos deducting twice and when i see it i approach straight so im expecting that they can do something about it, BUT no?, they saying its nit there fault and recommend to call my bank acc, but my bank acc said its the store fault, then i come back but still, and i call the csr and the store but still nothing, you cant get the 60 dollars in the road so why its like that?.

   The service is amazing here. Staff are very friendly and helpful, last time I went in; they went above and beyond to help me find the right pieces for an event and gave some really good advice as well. They make you feel very comfortable too which helps decision making process much easier for me. One thing I do hope improves leans more to the transparency with the Customer Service line provided on the site/app for online orders. I had a few incidences where I'd be waiting for a parcel for while and I don't get any updates so I'll have to go in-store for help as the number provided on site/app re-directs to use the chat when I prefer to speak over the phone. I know a few times they actually don't have /or are low on one item which then hinders the delivery for the rest of the items i've ordered that are in stock. At the Pukekohe store they do a great job getting a hold of customer service with the details of the exact reason why my packages weren't arriving and I want Cotton On to be more clearer on our orders rather than leaving us in the dark with no clue of our parcel. At least an email as a heads up or something. But overall experience at Cotton On Pukekohe is always top tier and love going back.

   I purchased a pair of jeans at another Cotton On store - unfortunately the wrong ones. Phoned Pukekohe branch to see if I could swap them - even though I didn’t purchase them there. Extremely helpful, bubbly young girl on the phone - no problem - great customer service.

   Don't have the best range of stuff compared with other branches! Can you do me a favor and unlock all you changing room doors!! Everytime I come here and wanna briefly try something on I spend more time waiting for a changing room then actually trying on the clothes. Why have 8 changing rooms if you only allow about 2 to be in use and keep the rest looked up. Come on guys we've got things to do and places to be. Ain't nobody got time to wait in lines!

   Excellent customer service! Store was quiet so I was able to get amazing advice with planning an outfit I was going to wear for my birthday from one lady. I was able to talk to her as if she were a friend, very comforting and helpful!

   This is the SECOND time that I wanted to catch cotton on early at opening hours, only to see them still closed. The website and the board outside their shop clearly states that the shop's opening hours is 9am, yet when I arrived at 10:05 am, the shop is still locked and closed. This is unacceptable. Also the lack of phone answering is laughable. I try to support local shops but I'd rather just drive to Manukau in the future.

   My daughter was using afterpay for the first time and called me for help, and I could hear them trash talking in the background. I think this is about the lowest thing u have ever experienced and will be following up with a very serious complaint. Terrible customer service, if I could give negative score I would.
