    So disappointed that you have stopped accepting cash for purchases. I will not shop at Bendon again. Found the staff really lovely at the Whangarei Store.

    Outstanding customer service in Otaki the staff are a credit to Bendon. In fact, all the Bendon retail stores and staff I've visited have been absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same as a first-time customer on the Bendon online website - what a shocker - took my money online but my order has disappeared, and Bendon sent me an email that I've left items in my cart - the very items I've already paid for - and the same order that is not showing in my online Bendon account! Mistakes happen, should be easy enough to sort out - but noooo - there is literally no way to speak to a human being for online ordering - as they have NO phone numbers for online customer service or their head office. Essentially without a contact number for online ordering Bendon have created a definitive barrier to customer service, with no way to remedy things in a timely manner when things go wrong,,, such as a technical glitch like the back end of their website ordering system, not talking to the front end. Meaning the customer has paid and is waiting for an order to arrive - and it never does! Nor is there a record of your order online. But if you buy on their website all you can do is email Bendon - you can't actually speak to a human about say a missing order! Seriously! Bendon online doesn't comply with online trading expectations and isn’t aligned with the fantastic customer service in the Bendon retail shops like Otaki, Tawa, Lambton Quay. Hopefully, Bendon takes note of my comments. I spoke with the regional retail manager - who was going to call Auckland head office, but I should have been able to make a quick call to Bendon to sort it out, can’t do that without a phone number. I will review this feedback based on what happens next.

    I went into St Luke’s Bendon last Thursday evening appalling service in fact no service at all…..I asked for a size please as I was purchasing a gift….. no communication from staff….I went into St Luke’s store again on Monday as I asked what happened as no communication and staff weren’t interested in helping……. I then shopped looking for more garments and asked a team member if they could please source 10 of these as I needed as a gift.. to then receive a phone call today from the Manakau store team saying they not confident in processing my purchases and can’t send it as they have no bags and then to be told in an aggressive tone that I am rude that the St Luke’s team have told her that I am rude… she went on to say go and complain…. I am SHOCKED that Bendon employs such people and I will not be recommending and sending any of my clients to Bendon in the future…it is definitely not what I experienced and cherished over the years working at Bendon myself and believing in Excellence in customer service and the experience…..HOW SAD FOR THE BUSINESS AND FUTURE CLIENTS!!!! Still in shock after my experience today!!!

    Is this place manned by robots? I received part of my order but no packing slip enclosed & 3 emails later requesting the balance of my order I'm still waiting for a response. The automated response time gets longer every time I email. Clearly this company is acting in a dishonest manner, extracting money from customers but not shipping the total order & then providing a non existent customer service & doing their very best to remain incommunicado. I'm completely gob smacked that a Company of such long standing in NZ has sunk to this level. If you really must buy Bendon, I'd recommend you don't buy directly from them. Once was enough - one star was too much.

    Absolutely disgusting service I have ever experienced!! Untold phone calls emails all going unanswered finally got an email to say good had been shipped only to find a packing slip of 7 items with only one item in the box!! Becky, Tulia & Jennie you have not inspired my day whatsoever!!!!

    I placed my order 1/5/22 and still haven't received my order 13/6/22. Seems they had staff shortages due to covid and then computer upgrades which have caused problems. The only way of contacting them is email, which I have done several times. I don't want my money back - I want my order. The online chat does not work. Seems like an endless money pit. I'm working on making some kind of official complaint. Absolutely disappointed and more!
